Who we are
Royal Sutton Coldfield Community Town Hall Trust (RSCCTHT) was founded in November 2016 with the main aim of becoming a facility for arts and community activities in North Birmingham, maintaining and protecting its Heritage assets.
We have a workforce of around 20 staff plus volunteers based in Sutton Coldfield Town Hall.
RSCCTHT believes its employees are its greatest asset and recognises its responsibility to ensure they are given appropriate development throughout their employment. This development begins at the Induction stage when a new employee joins.
Our aim is to support and develop employees in their role so that they feel confident to undertake the responsibilities placed upon them and ultimately are able to contribute to the success of the organisation.
