Who we are

Shift.ms is the digital community for people with multiple sclerosis (MSers). 

Founded by MSers, for MSers, the charity offers social and emotional support, inspiring MSers to take charge of their health as soon as possible after diagnosis. 

It’s independent and it’s free.

To achieve our aim, we focus on three areas

1. Reducing isolation and increasing social support for MSers
2. Helping MSers to acknowledge and actively manage their condition
3. Creating a self-sustaining community organisation, run by its member.

We believe:

• MS should be tackled with urgency. Early proactive decisions lead to long term benefits.
• In the power of community to help MSers actively manage their health.
