  • Employer Funded Healthcare – permanent staff members are automatically enrolled in Benenden Health and Health Shield, with the option to add family members on to each policy. The Health and Wellbeing of our staff is an important focus, and these healthcare packages offer a 24-hour GP helpline, counselling services, health cash plans providing cash back for dental, optical and chiropody, plus more.
  • Contract Benefits – these include generous Annual Leave Entitlement, with an extra day added with each year of service (up to 30 days), Occupational Sick Pay and a Death in Service Benefit. We also pay all NISCC fees for our permanent staff members.
  • Pension Plan – automatic enrolment to Standard Life Pension Scheme, with the employer contributing 3% of the gross salary, along with 4% contributed by the employee. You can choose to opt of out this scheme. We also provide pension webinars.
  • Extensive Training Opportunities – at Simon Community NI we believe in personal and professional improvement and offer a wide of range of training, both mandatory and individually tailored. There is also the opportunity to attend a Management Development Programme to assist with career progression.
