Who we are
Spark Inside are pioneering coaching programmes in prisons. Our two coaching programmes encourage rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. We help make transformational changes to the lives of those who live and work in prisons across London and the South East.
We value professionalism, empowerment and fun, and our team culture is something we take pride in. We maintain close and trusting relationships with prison staff and commissioners. Research and evaluation are core to our culture, and we work hard to monitor our impact and programme trends. We also have an excellent, active Board of Trustees with diverse skill sets and knowledge.
