Who we are
Swarthmore Housing Society Ltd is an independent 40 bedded Care Home, established for over 70 years, set in beautiful landscaped gardens in Gerrards Cross. The Care Home provides palliative, respite and convalescent care for older people & for those living with a physical disability or sensory impairment. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and homely environment where the unique needs of everyone are recognised.
The home is run in accordance with Quaker values that respect the uniqueness of the individual and of their potential contribution as a member of a community.
We employ a team of 52 professional staff and have charitable status with HMRC, exempt from registration with the Charity Commission
