Tenbury Community Pool

Who we are

Tenbury Community Pool (TCP) owns and manages the swimming pool, gym and studio facility on behalf of our community.

Our trustees have backgrounds in sports education, finance and industry and are looking to add to the strength and depth of our team.  Applicants with backgrounds in marketing, social media, web design, construction, legal and general management would bring new skill sets to the team.

TCP is committed to a culture of continuous improvement resulting in our customers enjoying an experience that constently exceeds their expectations.

We have contracted out the day to day operational management of the services to Freedom Leisure, one of the UK's leading sports facility operators.  Managing this relationship through key performamce indicators is key to our sustainability and success and this is achieved through regular, focused review meetings.

Raising funds to continuously improve the sustainability of our facility is a key role for all trustees.  Projects will be led by trustees based on their skill sets, experience and available time.  We are a collaborative team of doers!
