Who we are
The Care Forum is an independent voluntary and community sector organisation, celebrating over 20 years of achieving better outcomes for people using health and social care services.
We work across Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Swindon. We can also work across the South West.
Whilst individual services and support delivered by The Care Forum over the past 20 years has evolved and responded to the changing needs and dynamics in social care, our commitment to listening to individuals and communities has been constant; as has our desire and commitment to serve to the highest standards in our sector.
