Who we are
The Childhood Trust is London's child poverty charity, targeting 700,000 children living in poverty in London. They fund projects that support children and young people to overcome the disadvantages caused by poverty such as hunger, homelessness, stress, loneliness, and anxiety. In addition the charity advocates for children via its research and campaigns as well as delivering an impactful volunteering programme that works directly with disadvantaged children and their families.
Their funding supports children from across London and is aimed at engaging the most disadvantaged children in the poorest communities. Since 2013 their matched fundraising campaigns have helped to raise 14.8m for 422 projects, engaging over 190,000 disadvantaged children in London
