Who we are

The Churn is an independent local charity working at the heart of Cirencester.  We believe that everyone matters, that people should be included and involved in their community.  We promote purpose, belonging, hope.

We work to prevent isolation, to improve wellbeing, particularly for those who are lonely, at a point of transition or crisis in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues.  We support people through difficult times and stick with them as long as they need us to.

We focus on the most vulnerable in our community; older people, young families, unemployed people.  We develop our services to be relevant and give solid outcomes.
