Who we are
The Point of Care Foundation is an independent London-based charity.
Our mission is to humanise health and care.
We achieve this by working to improve patients’ experience of care and increase support for the staff who work with them. We are the home of 'Schwartz Rounds' in the UK and Ireland.
Our work developed from the Point of Care programme at The King’s Fund (2007–2013) and we've been an independent charity since 2013.
