Who we are
Trinity Community Project offers day services and opportunities
to people experiencing mental health issues and/or living with a learning disability.
We're a small, friendly charity dedicated to delivering person centred support to individuals living with a disability.
The service is open five days a week from 9am to 5pm. We aim to encourage people to participate in a range of social activities within the service and out in the community, which offer choice and promote people’s skills, independence and self-confidence, while maintaining their dignity and safety. We offer a range of services.
