We source potential trustees from our database of senior people from the private, public and voluntary sectors who have a variety of functional backgroundsand who are actively seekig a trustee/non exec role. We work in collaboration with our strategic partners who offer trusteeships as part of employee professional development and engagement. We source candidates through the Russam GMS database of senior executives, many of whom have an active portfolio career, and our colleagues are experienced consultants with expertise in executive search
