Vision 21

Who we are

We recognise that people with learning needs have a lot to offer the workplace. The heart of our training ethos is the belief that work has the power to change people’s lives for the better.  Our training is responsive to the needs of the individual and offers people time to learn at their own pace in supportive settings.

Vision 21 delivers vocational training for adults with learning needs in fourteen social enterprises and three teaching projects.  The social enterprises operate in realistic work-based settings training in catering, horticulture, retail, pottery, woodwork and crafts.  The teaching projects train in life skills, information communication technology and office skills. We also run a community centre, Sbectrwm, which accommodates five of our training / social enterprise projects.
