Who we are

Established in 1987, Women and Girls Network (WGN) has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gender-based violence. Our aim is to promote, preserve and to restore the health and wellbeing of women and girls to empower them to make a total and sustainable recovery from experiences of violence.

At WGN we believe every healing journey is unique. Our services are designed to offer women and girls the opportunity to travel along thier individual journey. WGN is based on feminist principles, which has empowerment as a key concept. Our role is to guide and facilitate, offering a range of interventions on the journey, according to the expressed needs of each individual woman and girl.

All of our services are aimed at promoting total and sustainable recovery, supporting women and girls who have survived so that they can thrive.
