About us

Who we are

We provide free, confidential psychodynamic group and individual counselling for young people age 13-25 in St Albans and surrounding areas.

 

At Youth Talk our Vision is that every young person can talk to someone who can help with whatever's worrying them. 

 

We provide free, confidential one-to-one counselling support to 13 - 25 year olds who live, work or study in the St Albans District. The demand for our service is growing, and we are determined to be there for the local young people who need our help and a safe place to talk.
