As Graphic Designer you’ll be responsible for showcasing the impact and reach of our work through a wide range of creative. You’ll be working in a busy Communications Team, as part of GWT’s wider Engagement and Fundraising Team, and will work closely with the Head of External Relations , in addition to building relationships with staff across the organisation.
You’ll develop creative across a range of communications channels, including digital and print. As a member of the Communications Team, the Graphic Designer will plan and execute creative for a variety of projects and audiences, including to support GWT’s fundraising work. You’ll work closely with the Head of External Relations and Head of Supporter Development to shape ideas, develop concepts and articulate and refine our message through creative.
As a key brand guardian, you’ll work to keep the organisation unified, using and developing our brand identity effectively both internally and externally.

Climb is a Prevention and Early Intervention Service for 10-17 year olds who may vulnerable to criminal exploitation and/or at risk of entering the criminal justice system. We offer 1-1 outreach support and access to positive, diversionary activities within the local area.

This role is part time , 32.5 hours per week and will be based at the Leatherhead Wellbeing Hub, Dorset House, Leatherhead, KT22 7PL.
Successful candidates will work within the Surrey Wellbeing Partnership to deliver a six week intervention to parents/carers whose young people are experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties.

- Facilitate a 6 week intervention of support for parents/carers using a stengths based approach.

- Attending wellbeing events, such as fayres, coffee mornings and multi agency meetings.
Ideal Candidates must have's
- Experience of working with families with complex needs and the ability to build and maintain rapport through effective communication and listening skills, using a whole family approach.

To join the award winning Disrupting Exploitation Programme. This role will be part of a National Programme that works in Greater Manchester, Birmingham and Greater London.
This role is required to work one-to-one with young people who are victims of child exploitation and on systems change.
Systems change means working with contexts, policies and procedures that determine how young people who are exploited are responded to.
Work as a subject matter expert on child exploitation (with a particular focus on child criminal exploitation) to deliver a wide range of systems change 'interventions', which could include training police and partners, writing guidance or producing resources to support improved practice and developing strong partnerships to undertake multi-agency working.
Person specification:

-Relevant experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds, 1-1 and in a group setting.
-Experience of supporting young people who are dealing with complex safeguarding issues and sensitive issues

About the Role:
As an experienced WASH professional and systems thinker, you will provide strategic leadership to the WASH Systems and Programme Partnerships team, aiming to maximise the value that the individuals and the wider Programme Support and Knowledge team brings in contributing to effective approaches to WASH systems strengthening and effective programme partnerships for collective action, as part of WaterAid's strategy.
The WASH Systems and Programme Partnerships Senior Manager is a senior leadership role within the Programme Support and Knowledge (PSK) team that sits within the International Programmes Department of WaterAid (UK). You will be a member of the PSK senior leadership team.
In this role, you will provide the vision and the steer to the team in providing high quality and impactful WASH systems advisory support, guide the development and refreshment of the organisational framing, guidance and standards materials. The role will also provide leadership in steering and convening the organisational best practice in developing and shaping strategically focused programme partnerships and alliances for effective collective action. This includes guiding our work on the relative roles of the public and private sector in WASH, particularly evolving our work on Sanitation and Water Operator Partnerships (SWOPs).
