About role:
Step into a role where your work matters from the moment you walk through the door. As a Project Worker at our Harrow Road Assessment Hub in Westminster, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, highly skilled team supporting people taking their first steps away from rough sleeping and towards safety, stability and the right next move. Westminster has some of the highest levels of rough sleeping in the UK, and this short-stay service offers intensive, person-centred support to people who may be facing crisis, multiple disadvantage and limited routes into accommodation.
No two days will look the same. You’ll carry out assessments, build trusting relationships, create and review support plans, manage risk, and help people navigate real barriers such as health needs, immigration, welfare benefits, substance use, mental health and access to housing. You’ll work closely with outreach teams, local authorities, health services and other partners to support people into safe, appropriate accommodation, whether that means reconnecting them with services in another area or helping them move forward into longer-term support.

About the role:
Housing can be the thing that helps a young person breathe again — but only when it feels safe, understood and possible to manage. At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation, this role will help turn the practical side of housing into something young people can learn from, build confidence in and use as a stepping stone towards independence.
As Young Person’s Worker — Housing Focus, you’ll support the smooth running of the accommodation while working directly with young people around the housing responsibilities linked to their stay. This will include move-ins, licence agreements, rent and service charge prompts, repairs, voids, occupancy records, building standards and housing-related actions. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, colleagues, landlords, contractors and internal teams to help keep the service safe, organised and responsive.
This is still a relationship-based role at its heart. You’ll use trauma informed, psychologically informed and strengths-based approaches to help young people understand expectations, build routines, solve problems and prepare for move-on. At Single Homeless Project (SHP), you’ll also be part of a learning culture that values training, development and career growth — with opportunities to build your housing knowledge, deepen your practice and grow your confidence in young people’s services.
About you:
- You understand that housing work is people work — and can help young people build confidence with rent, repairs, licence agreements, routines and shared living expectations.
- You are organised, proactive and good at keeping practical tasks moving, from records and voids to repairs, building checks and follow-up actions.
- You can build warm, boundaried relationships with young people, using patience, consistency and clear communication.
- You are confident working with colleagues, contractors, landlords and partners to solve problems and keep accommodation safe and well managed.
- You can stay calm in a busy service, use IT systems accurately and spot when something needs to be recorded, followed up or escalated.

WorkWell Salford helps people with health conditions stay in or return to work by connecting them to local health, wellbeing, and employment support. As a Community Connector, you will work with the Wellbeing Matters team to support people referred by Primary Care and other local partners. You will meet with individuals, find out what matters to them, and link them to community activities, volunteering, and support that can improve their wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
You will also work with the wider WorkWell and Wellbeing Matters teams to share insights and support the local network of community groups. About this key role

Main purposes of the job:
Sound Minds is recruiting a Peer Support Worker to join our team in Wandsworth.
The Peer Support Transformation Project is funded by and delivered in partnership with South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust, Mushkil Aasaan, and Wandsworth Carers Centre. It is an integral part of Sound Minds’ Canerows programme; a user led service working to improve the lives of people who are overcoming mental health challenges.
This is a new role at Sound Minds, developed to provide proactive and responsive administrative support across the Peer Support project. The role will provide efficient administration, ensuring that clients on the wait list for peer support are contacted in a timely fashion, and that databases are well maintained.
The postholder will have a passion for maintaining organised systems, whilst also having a friendly approach, communicating with clients with care and empathy.
Salary: £26,936 per annum (pro rata) & 3% contribution to pension
Hours: 14 hours per week
This fixed term contract ends on 31 March 2027 and is renewable depending on funding.

About the role:
For someone trying to move forward after contact with the criminal justice system, safe housing can be the turning point that changes everything. As a Housing Advice Worker, you’ll be part of Single Homeless Project (SHP’s) Pan London Housing Advice and Interventions Service, delivered in partnership with St Mungo’s and the Ministry of Justice, helping people on probation find clearer, safer routes away from homelessness and housing crisis.
Based in Brent, with work connecting into designated London boroughs, you’ll work closely with Probation Services to support clients to sustain their current accommodation or secure new housing where needed. Day to day, you’ll hold a caseload, complete strengths-based assessments, explore housing, financial, employment and wider support needs, and build practical plans that turn pressure and uncertainty into clear next steps. You’ll also identify risks and safeguarding concerns, keep accurate case records, liaise with housing providers and specialist agencies, and work alongside partners such as probation and police to help people access accommodation and opportunities that are safe, realistic and sustainable.
This is a Monday to Friday role in a friendly, supportive and high-performing team that is serious about the difference good housing advice can make. At SHP, you’ll be supported to grow your knowledge of housing, homelessness and criminal justice practice, build confidence in multi-agency working, and develop your career in a values-led organisation where your work has real purpose every day.
About you:
- You understand that housing advice can be life-changing, and bring either experience in supported housing, floating support or a relevant qualification, alongside a working knowledge of housing legislation.
- You can hold your nerve when situations are complicated, emotionally charged or fast-moving, keeping people’s safety, choices and next steps at the centre.

The role will work as part of a team logging and progressing property repairs or property management issues reported by phone, email or via the Out of Hours service. About the role
We are looking for a Casual Assistant to support the effective day-to-day operation of the Library by assisting in one or more of the following areas
- Circulation and Stack Management
Shelving and maintaining the book collection, helping members use the Library and its facilities
