Applicants must be flexible to work at any of our project sites in Rotherham, Chesterfield and Shirebrook areas although preferences will be considered if regular shift patterns are available.
Day, night and weekend shifts are available on a relief, holiday cover basis.

UCB is looking to appoint a Telephone Support Officer to work as part of our well established and professional Supporter Care Team. This is on a fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extending.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a gifted communicator both face to face and on the telephone and have a passion for responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be computer literate with the ability to read and digest information accurately, have a keen eye for detail, have good organisational and administrations skills, together with a positive can do attitude and the ability to prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF
