The role:

· Supporting the Digital Products Manager in producing and managing all web content, resources and other digital assets.
· Ensuring the SCIE website and SCIE’s digital resources communicate, educate and engage impactfully with our target audiences and customers.
· Using your knowledge and experience of digital delivery as part of a marketing team to support the marketing and communications team in achieving business development objectives.
· To ensure the SCIE website’s messaging, content positioning, user journeys, information architecture and content currency are effective, working with content owners and subject specialists so that the website, its offers and content is timely, high-quality, consistent, and designed for digital dissemination.
· To support the creation, development and ongoing management of digital based products and services, in line with the brand, including webinars, podcasts, marketing emails, and surveys.
· To support the Digital Product Manager to work with colleagues across the organisation, commissioners, customers, the workforce, people with lived experience and carers to update and develop the SCIE’s website and ensure that resources are appropriate and useful.
This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team, led by the Head of Marketing and Communications, and working alongside colleagues in the wider Business Development and Marketing directorate.
What we are looking for:
· Excellent written communication skills, with a commitment to communicating clearly and in plain English.
· Excellent oral communication skills.
· Experience of Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc) and publishing content for a website with multiple audiences and priorities.
· Knowledge of digital platforms and practices as part of a combined digital communications strategy, including social media, newsletters, campaigns, and web updates.
· Experience of writing for the web.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Lead as part of the Communications Team at Carers First. The Digital Marketing Lead will play a central role in enabling us to deliver our 2024-2027 strategy and provide support to unpaid carers. This will include:
· Raising the profile of Carers First, building our brand awareness and engagement levels to reach new carers and to raise awareness of the issues affecting carers.
· Building on how Carers First engages with carers and supports them in accessing timely and relevant information.
· Managing Carers First’s digital marketing activities using a variety of digital marketing tools
· Overseeing Carers First’s digital presence, focusing on promoting our digital offer to reach more carers
To be successful you will be a digital expert, with proven experience of developing and delivering exceptional digital work as part of an overall communications strategy. You will be data driven with a passion for implementing and analysing effective marketing campaigns.
This role is hybrid with the expectation that it will be mostly remote working with some travel to Carers First locations required.

Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.
We support children and young people (up to the age of 25) When someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying.

Philanthropy Officer

Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and enthusiastic Philanthropy Officer to join a high performing and friendly fundraising team.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and organized Philanthropy Officer who will support the Head of Corporate, Philanthropy & Events to secure and increase income through the charity’s Major Donor strategy.
The post holder will support with developing a robust pipeline of prospects and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing major donor relationships. You will be creative and analytical and provide first class research, administration, relationship management and database skills and provide excellent donor stewardship.
Principal responsibilities include:
- Research and identify potential major donors to build a strong list of prospects, matching against key fundraising priorities, to maximise opportunities and build a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Work with Head of Corporate, Philanthropy & Events to prepare and implement creative donor cultivation and stewardship plans to secure new donors and develop current relationships, including:
- Creative cases for support with associated budgets.
- Adapting information for specific donors using different approaches for different audiences.
- Developing engaging thank you letters and reports.
- Manage an agreed portfolio of major donor relationships and prospects, with the support of Head of Corporate, Philanthropy & Events, through excellent stewardship and tailored fundraising proposals.
- Take a lead role in development and implementation of a patron and celebrity stewardship plan.
- Provide timely and high-quality updates to donors on the charity’s activities and impact and value of gifts. Work with the Communications team to ensure that major donor supporters receive engaging and relevant marketing materials.
