What you will do
- Use innovative techniques to grow the charity’s social media, email marketing and web presence, through the creation and optimisation of engaging content in a variety of formats.
- Continuously monitor emerging social media trends and platforms and assess their suitability to reach key audience members in the brain injury community.
- Use your expertise to schedule engaging content to promote Headway and raise awareness of brain injury
- Monitor and reply to comments and messages on Headway’s social media networks, including its online discussion forum.
- Analyse social media engagement data to extract actionable insights and create detailed reports that inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Be a passionate advocate for social media and digital communications across the Headway network.
- Use your passion for communicating with people to develop and tell the stories of brain injury survivors and their loved ones in order to raise awareness.
- Use your digital communication skills to facilitate internal communications, organising CEO online briefings and quarterly staff bulletins.

Pete’s Dragons is an award-winning charity which provides postvention support to those affected by suicide.

Key Tasks

About the role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver our approach to maintain and grow corporate fundraising income, to support our mission to improve mental health in Hampshire. About you

Charity People are excited to be recruiting for a wonderful charitable organisation based in Swanscombe. This role will be suited to someone who has worked in a support role in nonprofits, maybe as an Assistant/Administrator who looking to develop their career in fundraising and the charity sector.
The successful postholder will be first point of contact for enquiries for the fundraising team both internal and external. You will also support on projects, events, and digital communications for the charity, to help optimise funds, and strengthen the supporter journey. Therefore, this would be a fantastic role for someone who is a proactive, brilliant communicator with people, confident and a good relationship builder.
You will bring experience of working in a nonprofit, and ideally have good experience of team support, fundraising, direct marketing, digital marketing and using CRMs. Experience of using Canva or Donorflex would be a huge advantage.
There is free on-site parking, and the station is within a few minutes’ walk from thew office, with a bus stop nearby also. Swanscombe is fairly accessible from London’s major stations typically taking between 45-60 minutes on the train.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take ownership of Bliss’ data operations, helping to support our Fundraising department – and the wider organisation – to make the best use of our CRM systems, supporter data, and internal resources to raise more money and reach more families. This role will act as Bliss’ internal subject matter expert for all things data, and will line manage the Data Officer. They will be responsible for the efficient import, export and analysis of Bliss’ data, and will support teams across the organisation to better use of their data to meet their objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of overseeing data operations and CRM use within a charity fundraising context
- Significant experience of designing, implementing and documenting data processes, ensuring that data is accurate, easy-to-use and secure
- Experience of improving processes to make the best use of staff time and resource
- Demonstrable understanding of different approaches to fundraising, and how effective use of data can support them
- Confidence working with colleagues across the charity – particularly in Fundraising, Finance and Digital – to design processes and ensure compliant, effective use of data

Role Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance and Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing successful administrative support for the general running of the organisation and for our fundraising activity. About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MHA Fundraising department as the Legacy & Individual Giving Assistant.
