We are working with a leading disability charity who are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead on identifying and securing new corporate partnerships as well as managing a small portfolio of existing partners. The charity is passionate about making the UK the best place for people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives. This role is a crucial part of the fundraising team, proactively building and maintaining an extensive pipeline of potential partners including charity of the year, sponsorship, strategic partnerships and corporate foundations and managing small portfolio of existing partners. If you love finding new partnerships and have sales or fundraising experience this could be a perfect role for you.
To be a successful Partnership Development Manager, you'll need:
- Sales or fundraising experience and a real passion for building new relationships and meeting targets
- Understanding of corporate partnerships and how to identify, research and manage potential partnerships
- Demonstrable experience of writing successful, inspiring and emotive proposals and pitches, tailored to a corporate audience
Salary: £44,188
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in Aldgate office

The Senior Philanthropy Manager will develop a sustainable, ambitious Major Donor programme that will grow in volume and reach and will manage a portfolio of current and new relationships with philanthropists. You will build a pipeline of sustainable income with a heavy focus on acquisition and will be comfortable working to associated metrics and KPIs.
The selected candidate will have experience of securing five figure gifts from major donors and will have demonstrable experience of managing relationships across an organisation to generate income from major donors.

Camphill Village Trust, the charity that supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health support, is seeking a Director of Fundraising to drive significant income generation through a sustainable funding model to enable the Trust to deliver its long-term objectives.

The Fundraising Director will work to the Chief Executive and in collaboration with the Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Teams and wider Board and stakeholder groups. The role will be responsible for developing and leading the Trust’s Fundraising and Communication Strategies to enable and deliver significant growth in the Supporter base, Income Generation and Brand positioning of a national charity providing Learning Disability and Mental Health Services in a Green Care Context.
The successful candidate will be joining a charity with a strong history and reputation for donor-centric (friends) fundraising, currently raising over £5m per year and a huge potential to unlock stewardship, potential and growth.
The Trust is seeking an inspiring and ambitious professional with a proven track record in senior-level fundraising and the skills, passion and experience to lead the Trust into a position which results in voluntary income moving from £5M to £10M through delivery of step change strategies for Voluntary Income Generation and Communication. Candidates must be collaborative leaders with proven experience of leading and managing multi-disciplinary fundraising teams and in transformation and change. They will also have experience in influencing policy and decision making (governance) at a range of levels, as will be a strong networker and public speaker used to driving networking opportunities that evidence outcomes and impact.
