We are recruiting for a well know animal charity for temporary full time Supporter care officer based in central London, this post is for 6 months initially.
Brief overview of role
To play a key role as part of a busy Supporter Care team delivering outstanding multi-channel services to existing and potential supporters and donors, through the provision of high-quality supporter care, donation and fulfilment services.
To work closely with other fundraising teams and stakeholders to deliver an excellent service to a variety of supporters, including delivering fundraising stewardship activities.
The Role
To respond to donor and potential donor enquiries through multiple channels with the aim of complete supporter satisfaction and, encouraging supporters to retain or increase their support
To respond in appropriate tone and style in a timely manner with accurate information, following agreed contact structures and completing the necessary administration, such as collecting a donation or adding information onto the database
To take inbound and make outbound telephone calls/emails as required to new supporters, follow up queries, address concerns, verify details or thank donors.
To retain and manage information needed for contact management, using appropriate resources and reference materials, including preparing and sending briefs to the rest of the team and agencies/suppliers
To handle complaints from a variety of sources and respond sensitively and in line with agreed quality objectives
To contribute to the teams objectives by actively taking part in, or leading on specific projects
To recognise fundraising opportunities and promote them amongst the charitys supporters
The Candidate
Experience of working in a fundraising customer service environment, delivering stewardship activities, asking people for money, and understanding the importance of delivering excellent customer care
IT literate, across all standard Office software with experience of using databases and data collection.
Excellent call handling skills and the ability to respectfully, honestly and transparently adjust communication to different audiences, recognising the importance of diversity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively.

About the Role
As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of the finance function with support from two Finance Officers. The Head of Fundraising & Communications will operate as an effective member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as the strategic lead for the charity’s fundraising and communications activity.
Given the fluctuating nature of statutory income (currently c.75% of total income) it will be the responsibility of the Head of Fundraising & Communications to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that enables the organisation to diversify its income portfolio, ensuring a sustainable funding model that spreads risk and allows for greater donor engagement.

- Experience of working in a communications role/closely with communications teams to maximise the opportunities to engage externally and increase support/awareness.

We are currently seeking Recruitment Administrators / Coordinators for a prestigious client in the higher education sector, with immediate start on a temporary basis until the New Year, with potential for permanent positions for top performers.
This role involves high-volume recruitment administration, including generating contracts and offer letters, conducting pre-employment checks, and managing payroll entries. We are looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong customer service skills, and experience in recruitment administration, ideally within higher education or a similar environment.
You will work within a collaborative team, each responsible for different recruitment areas across professional services, academic, clinical, or research roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless recruitment administration service to employees and managers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professional.
- Respond to queries via internal communication platforms within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure data accuracy on HR systems and employee records platforms.
- Run reports using HR systems and Excel to track and manage workloads.
- Manage large, varied workloads, meeting multiple deadlines.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Corporate Services to provide exceptional service.
- Work flexibly to meet changing department needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Administer and process all incoming donations, including from their website, postal, phone, and third-party platforms like JustGiving and Enthuse.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure donations are coded correctly and help prepare Gift Aid claims.
- Provide top-notch supporter care, managing donor correspondence and maintaining donor records.
- Assist with the design and maintenance of the CRM database for effective data selection and reporting.

About the Role:
As the Interim Advice Service Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations while the organisation undergoes a structural review and recruits a permanent Head of Advice. This role involves managing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, ensuring the highest quality advice is provided to those in need. With an immediate start required, this role is critical in ensuring continuity and stability in the advice service during this transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the advice service, ensuring staff and volunteers are effectively supported, trained, and supervised.
- Maintain and improve the quality of advice delivered to clients across a range of areas, including housing, debt, employment, and benefits.
