You will build long-term relationships with trusts and foundations to maximise income for the Bletchley Park Trust. You will also support with prospect research for programmatic and capital funding. The role will manage an existing portfolio of high-value funders including Garfield Weston, as well as source new prospects.
To be successful in the Trusts and Foundations Manager role, you’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience of fundraising from trusts, foundations and statutory donors.
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders to identify new funding options and excellent relationship management approach both internally and externally
- Experience in prospect research and identifying potential trust and statutory funders
Salary: £38,000-£40,000

This role, which sits within their well-established Development Team, will act as the first point of contact for companies looking to engage with Bletchley Park, as well as working with the Director of Development to proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new companies.
The Senior Corporate Engagement Manager will build strong, long-term relationships with companies and their key internal stakeholders whilst maximising income for the Bletchley Park Trust.
To be successful in the role of Senior Corporate Engagement Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience of relationship management and/or partnership development, ideally in a charity setting.
- Experience of planning, developing and delivering events and other benefits to a corporate audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideally with a focus on writing & pitching briefs or proposals to companies.
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000

About the role
We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager to join our Regional Fundraising team.
This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more.
You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver an excellent experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates.
South & West Yorkshire is an area filled with some of our most committed supporters but there is still so much opportunity to grow corporate support across the counties. Our Social Workers support families from Sheffield and Leeds hospitals, so building relationships with these teams are a must.
Candidates should live within South & West Yorkshire, in one of the following counties: Bradford, Doncaster, Halifax, Leeds, Sheffield, Oldham or Wakefield.

About the role
This is an awesome role focussed on improving our ways of working and processes when it comes to those who support us. We want all of our supporters to have a first class experience when they decide to donate their time and/or money to supporting children and young people with cancer and their families. However we know that as an organisation we have more to do to make this happen and the time is now.
Working in Income Generation, this role will take a recently conducted diagnostic carried out by a business improvement consultant and not only work through the next steps but make change happen, prioritising the areas with the biggest wins. This role really will have a lasting legacy in the organisation.
We're not just looking for someone to map change, this person will lead operational design and process re-engineering that transforms the Income Generation directorate and it's workforce into high achievers.
You’ll be based within the Project Management Office (PMO), a supportive team of professionals that lead transformational change across the organisation as well as corporate planning. You’ll also have close relationship with the Head of Planning and Strategy in Income Generation as well as the Associate Director Supporter Engagement.

- Building on the diagnostics carried out already within Income Generation directorate to optimise organisational design and scope improvements.

About the Role
As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of the finance function with support from two Finance Officers. This is a pivotal moment to join Challengers as we embark on a new strategic journey, aiming to reach 1,000 families and deliver 100,000 hours of life-changing services for disabled children and young people.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including trustees, parents, carers, auditors, and statutory funders. Your leadership and expertise will help drive our financial strategy as we work to expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and provide strategic financial insight
- Prepare annual accounts, manage audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the organisation's growth
- Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring robust data security and GDPR compliance
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
About You:
- You are a qualified accountant with at least three years of experience in a senior financial role
- You bring strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and preparing annual accounts
- You are a seasoned leader with proven experience in managing small teams and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- You possess excellent skills in financial modelling and database management, particularly in MS Excel
- You have experience in managing IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with data security protocols, including GDPR
- You are passionate about the not-for-profit sector and have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by disabled children and their families

This role will be line managing 3 fundraisers.
Experience:
- Track record of securing five or six figure funding from Major Donors ideally or Trusts and statutory sources to achieve challenging income targets.
- Delivering a prospect research programme and effective prospect management
- Line management experience to build a collaborative and high performing team
