Our close partner is providing financial services guidance to a number of large development agencies & institutions around the world proving grants to NGOs. The International Development team works closely with these global clients – such as UNICEF, The World Bank and the Gates Foundation ensuring their funds are managed approrpiately maximising the effectiveness of crucial development projects.
The Project Coordinator has to assist in providing project coordination for the full life cycle of any assignment offered to our clients; from the proposal process, contract management with the client, assignment planning, through to assisting with the report writing, and ultimately billing the client.
Contract Responsibilities
·Assist with proposal and tender submission, including preparing project budgets and schedules, liaising with prospective staff and ensuring all proposals are submitted within the respective deadlines
·Ensure that contracts are as per the issued proposals, that all terms agreed are in the organisations’ best interests and support the Managers/Partners in any contract administration required
·Plan the fieldwork of the project, including agreeing dates with the beneficiary, liaising with internal and external staff to ensure they can perform the required service on the agreed dates and that all parties have the necessary information to ensure the project fieldwork runs smoothly
·Draw up contracts between our organisation and any subcontracted firm
·Monitor and track project progress and on our ‘Control Schedule’ to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with any project developments and that deadlines are met
·Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders (including the client, the beneficiary, internal/external teams and management)
·Assist the manager in finalising of reports & deliver final product to client
·Monitor internal staff working hours & expenses incurred, to ensure project budgets are adhered to
·Check and process external suppliers’ invoices, making sure all days worked and expenses incurred are within the agreed budget, liaising with finance as and when issues arise
·Assist in client billing, ensuring that all bills issued are as per the contractual terms between the firm and the client, that all costs are accounted for, and that bills are paid by the client in a timely manner
·Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future use, ensuring that all projects are properly logged and can be used in future proposals/tenders
·Carry out required client onboarding procedures and compliance checks

Their mission is to empower people to live well with eczema, to become 'expert patients' supported by a charity that puts their needs first. Through growing their research, campaigning and awareness-raising, they are working to improve eczema care now and in the future.
Fundraising underpins all of the charity's work and is crucial to their success. As Fundraising Lead you will be responsible for driving donations and supporter engagement using personal, story-led communications.
Some key responsibilities will include;
* Managing individual giving activity - including activities such asregular giving, one-off donations and appeals, digital fundraising and payroll giving
* Developing and implementing a supporter engagement programme - create a multi-channel communication programme to optimise supporter retention and deepen engagement
* Leading on supporter appeals - working with other function leads to ensure activity is integrated and optimised
* Managing challenge event activity - including promoting and allocating National Eczema Society Gold Bond places in key events
* General management activities - such as budgeting, planning, strategy development

Supporter Care & Stewardship Officer
Do you have a genuine interest in building and maintaining relationships? Are you keen to contribute to the delivery of effective supporter journeys and provide efficient and accurate income processing?
Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for supporters, taking donations by telephone and sending out thank you communications to donors.
Is this role for you?
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a supporter or customer care environment. Experience of working with a CRM database (preferably salesforce) to manage supporter or customer information. You will be friendly, confident and able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a range of media.

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an internationally focused animal charity in their search for a Trusts Fundraising Manager.
As Trusts Fundraising Manager, you will manage the delivery of the trusts fundraising strategy, including work to identify and research potential new sources of trusts funding. You will develop and manage the delivery of an annual work plan and pipeline for the trusts fundraising programme, including time-sensitive trust applications, to grow income. You will research and make approaches, pitches, submissions and applications to charitable trusts and foundations (both in the UK and overseas territories). You will also develop new and existing relationships with trusts through exemplary stewardship to maximise long term income, secure new sources of funding, upgrade existing levels of giving, repeat donations and multi-year funding.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a fundraising management role or equivalent, with a track record of developing and maintaining relationships with partners and/or potential supporters that ultimately generate income.
- Experience of managing a trusts fundraising programme, and developing a trusts pipeline or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the current trusts fundraising market, including potential supporters.
- Proven ability in developing and producing effective, cohesive, motivating and inspiring proposals, approaches, presentations and funding reports.
