About the Role:
As a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker, you will be responsible for delivering targeted, person-centred interventions for individuals within SHP’s Camden Adult Pathway Hostels. Your role will involve holding a designated caseload and working closely with the wider client group through our in-house recovery programme. With a strong focus on harm minimisation, dual diagnosis, and strengths/recovery frameworks, you’ll help to empower service users to make positive changes and progress towards independence.
This is a unique role that requires you to build relationships of trust with service users, many of whom have faced significant barriers such as mental health challenges, substance use, and complex trauma. Your support will enable them to access crucial assessments, interventions, and treatments, enhancing their ability to utilise external statutory and community resources. Are you looking for an opportunity where your skills will make a difference in helping to end homelessness and rebuild lives?
We’re looking for a dedicated Psychotherapist/Counselling Psychologist to provide psychological support and therapy, including group and individual work, across a number of hostels in the Camden Adult Pathway, working as part of the Women’s Safe Space Project. The team works with women experiencing multiple disadvantage, trauma and homelessness who might otherwise struggle to access support. Support needs might include alcohol/substance use, VAWG, domestic abuse and sexual exploitation.
You’ll also be responsible for co-developing and delivering a program of psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapeutic support to women in the Adult Pathway that might otherwise be excluded from traditional therapeutic services. The approach will be flexible and clients centered. This will involve one to one therapy and may include psychoeducational groups and delivering training to staff teams. In Camden and St Mungo’s our staff teams have predominantly been trained in Psychologically Informed Environments but Safe Space also recognises Trauma Informed Care as a useful framework for this project.
In order to be effective in this role, you’ll need to establish and maintain close and effective working relationships with statutory and voluntary services. You will need to be registered and accredited with UKCP / BACP or HCPC / BPS following the completion of a psychotherapeutic/psychology training. We are looking for someone who has proven experience of using a range of psychological interventions with people living with current and historic complex trauma, experience of working psychotherapeutically with people with alcohol and/or substance dependencies and a good knowledge of VAWG. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to convey complex concepts in straightforward language and to form strong working relationships with the team and service users.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical practitioner to develop a new approach to working with women experiencing multiple disadvantage as well as developing their own therapeutic skills within a vibrant and innovative project.

About the role
The Senior Case Worker will work as part of the SPOT Navigator team based alongside the Southwark SPOT Street Outreach team. The aim is to support a known cohort of clients who are stuck within the cycles of homeless and ill-health and have not been able to sustain a stable life outside of this.
This will be achieved through strength-based assessment, using creative engagement techniques and co-producing action plans aimed at linking clients with services and community groups. Your work will improve health outcomes for clients and promote harm reduction by working alongside specialist partner agencies. You will be working with clients on the streets in an outreach capacity or in various types of accommodation.
In this role you will:
- Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients transition away from the streets and into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
- Manage a caseload of clients experiencing multiple disadvantage who may not have stayed in stable accommodation for long periods of time.
- Have a great opportunity to assist people to change their lives meaningfully for the better.
In this non-shift role, you will work mainly within normal office hours Monday – Friday, however, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly and conduct early or late shifts starting at 6am or ending at 3am. For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic supported housing professional to join our unique Support Team to:

Collaborate with the Rehousing Support Manager and external agencies to ensure a tailored rehousing service that meets residents' needs, while providing guidance and support through events and consultations.

Maintain effective communication by responding to correspondence, conducting interviews and home visits, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and addressing inquiries or complaints to deliver excellent customer service.

Work towards individual and team targets, contribute to the Fulham Decant Project, and handle general office duties while ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the team and across departments.
The successful candidate will:

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to provide clear guidance, handle inquiries or complaints, and build effective relationships with residents, external partners, and teams.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic support professional to join our unique Support Team. This position will be based at Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, 446 Fulham Road, SW6 2QT, however you may be required to work across other sites in West London.

We are currenty undertaking a major transformation programme across all of our operations, including, but not limited to, resource identification across our services, reviewing software use, realigning workflows across our infrastructure, whilst upgrading systems and improving processes. The newly formed Finance & Business Services team is seeking to fill the Business Services Manager position as part of this growth.
The role will be hybrid and flexible by agreement in keeping with the charity’s workflow patterns. Please note that the hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 35hrs per week.
About the role:
- Experience of leading, then developing the skill sets of operational teams across multiple departments.
- Strong negotiation skills to get the best deals from contract.
- Experience of analysing management information and making recommendations to inform decision making is essential.
- Experience of working on own initiative within policy, procedural and legislative requirements.
- Experience of having worked in a charity or social housing is essential
- Evidence strong IT skills, systems implementation and process review.
- Excellent knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Essential - qualified by experience, demonstrable by previous roles closely aligned to the above job description.
- Degree educated, with a further qualification from the Charted Management Institute or the Institute of Leadership and management (desirable).
- Educated to a minimum of A-levels (or equivalent) in English, Maths and/or Business (essential).
- Demonstrable commitment to and evidence of continuous professional development and learning.
- Self-starter with a flexible mindset, able to deal with deliverables and objectives changing at
- relatively short notice.
- Logical and proactive approach to issue resolution, able to break down a problem into its parts,
- assess the available options and identify a recommended solution.
- Strong business acumen and detailed knowledge of the supported housing area.
- Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to assign tasks to the correct team or team member.
- Strong interpersonal skills plus good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills including being able to prioritise a diverse workload to ensure targets are achieved and the ability to work to monthly deadlines.
- Good team working skills.

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic homelessness charity in search of a temporary Finance Assistant. This is a full-time, London based hybrid role for around 3-months. As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for carrying out a range of finance related processes, data entry and administrative tasks to assist the Accountant and Finance Team.
These will include processing invoices, payments, receipts of rent income and recording activities, including data entry, filing, providing information, answering queries, filing and other relevant tasks required in an effective and efficient manner in line with procedure and within required timeframes.
