The Independent Training, delivered in collaboration with IPCAPA at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (bpf) and the Anna Freud Centre/UCL is seeking progress advisors to support 4-5 trainees on the Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy training from the start of their training through to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity to guide and support trainees in their development as future child psychotherapists. The successful postholders will liaise with the year 1 tutor, clinical and research tutors, service supervisors and intensive case supervisors. There will be regular team meetings with the year tutor other progress advisors responsible for the year group. Outside of this, working hours are flexible.
We are looking for ACP registered Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists with current CAMHS experience, who have an active interest in working with our year tutor and staff group to support trainees’ progress. The role may suit new career CAPts who wish to develop connections and experience within the field of CAPy training schools. There will be the opportunity to take advantage of in-house training to become an Intensive Case Supervisor and for additional paid hours of clinical teaching such as practice or clinical seminar groups as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
· Communication with the trainees as their allocated advisor
· Support trainees to fulfil their training requirements for qualification
· Assess trainees’ progress and communicate with the Year Tutor and other staff as appropriate
· Prepare reports for and attend annual and mid-term review meetings
· Arrange and conduct an annual placement review meeting for each trainee, including an annual placement visit
· Attendance at regular progress team meetings with the Year Tutor and other progress advisors
· Other reasonable necessary tasks relating to trainee progress as arising, including occasional attendance at other Independent training meetings
Qualifications and Experience
1. ACP registered child and adolescent psychotherapist
2. > 2 years’ experience working in NHS and/ or Voluntary Sector post qualification
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide support and guidance to help nurture trainee CAPTs
2. Knowledge of and commitment to the Independent Child Psychotherapy Training
3. Ability to build and sustain relationships with training partners – service supervisors, ICS, research tutors etc.
4. Responsive to challenging and changing circumstances within and around the trainee, balancing a supportive attitude with high expectations for their professional development
5. Active interest in supporting trainees’ progress
6. Commitment to promoting equity and supporting diversity and inclusivity within clinical training
7. Good IT skills
8. Able to organise own time and activity to complete student liaison tasks to deadlines under own initiative

We are seeking a part-time Early Literacy Interventionist (ELI), based at Galleywall Primary School in Southwark, South London. This ELI role, reporting to the Schools Development Manager, is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and grow their knowledge of phonics and/or their teaching skill set. It is ideal for someone with previous school experience who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
For your caseload of target children, you will conduct an initial baseline assessment and then deliver differentiated, 1:1, targeted, 7 minute phonics sessions to pupils using a systematic, synthetic approach. Although you are employed by Chapter One, you will work closely with the school team to understand the progression of the school’s phonics teaching; establish tailored plans for each child and feedback on pupil progress. Using your knowledge and insight, you will also collaborate with colleagues at Chapter One to further improve the ELI model, the online tool and programme delivery.

Snow Camp is a ground-breaking national youth charity, and we are looking to recruit a fantastic new North West Wellbeing Manager and Programme Support to join our North West team on a 4 day a week contract (30 hrs).
Our accredited programmes are unique and attractive to young people, taking them from beginner to qualified snowsports instructors in just one year with volunteering and apprenticeship progression routes available at the end. Alongside learning to ski or snowboard, young people also have access to wellbeing support with the emphasis on improving young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
You will report to the North West Programme Manager & Head of Snowsports and will be responsible for the delivery of our wellbeing workshops and providing 1to1 wellbeing support sessions to young people. You will also work as part of the North West team to assist with the planning and delivery of snowsports and life-skills focused youth activities run by the Programme Manager and assist with the apprenticeship programme throughout each year.
Experience of working successfully with under-served young people in a range of settings, with a focus on supporting young people’s wellbeing will be essential to the post. Passion for snowsports and supporting young people generally will be a huge advantage!
Youth work, wellbeing support experience, project management, logistical skills, managing relationships, communication and presentation skills will make up the role. Along with experience of delivering group workshops to help young people work towards meaningful goals to improve their emotional wellbeing.
Job Description
- You will spend roughly 2.5 days will be in the Wellbeing Manager role and 1.5 days will be in the Programme Support role each week.
- In consultation with the Programme Manager, to manage the delivery of the Wellbeing Workshops and 1to1 mentoring support needed for young people and apprentices.
- Work with the programme manager to gain the young people’s trust and confidence.
- To assist with delivery and development of The North West’s full snowsports focused journey of youth programmes which take place at Chill Factore.
- Build a good relationship with the North West Programme Manager to help provide support and guidance to young people.
- Support with the management of (currently) 3 x North West apprentices on their 1-year Snow Camp Apprenticeship programme. particularly helping to manage their wellbeing and signpost to other services where needed.

- Providing weekly 1to1 support sessions for each apprentice.

We are looking for a female creche supervisor with a qualification in childcare at Level 3 NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent in Childcare or a similar subject, have a good understanding of OFSTED, Safeguarding and EYFS.

Salary: £40,000- £44,000 FTE (pro-rata based on hours) depending on experience

Hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE).

Based: Office. We have a central London office and this role does require some office attendance to support the membership function. While this role is considered as office-based, we are happy to discuss hybrid-working options.

The Organisation

Our business plan focuses on growing membership and Chartered programmes and providing meaningful professional learning opportunities for the teaching profession. This role will support us to deliver an excellent service to our members and those engaged with our CPD pathways, publications and research activity.
Requirements
We are looking to recruit a Head of Member Acquisition and Engagement on a part-time contract. This is an exciting new role that will play a key part in our continued growth and will make a real impact on the teaching profession; we are looking for someone who believes in our mission and the work we do.
Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive, Associate Director: Partnerships and the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Head of Member Acquisition and Engagement will take a lead on activity related to attracting and retaining our individual teacher members, including developing, rolling out and evaluating recruitment and retention programmes, initiatives and campaigns for current and prospective members. The successful candidate will be confident using data to inform decision-making and monitor progress towards membership growth targets and have the ability to work well independently and within a team.

Main area of work
The majority of your time will be spent developing, implementing and evaluating strategies to secure individual membership growth, including through retaining current members and attracting new members.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships externally and working with a range of colleagues across the organisation. You’ll be an expert on our products and services, and you’ll use our CRM system and other data sources to understand membership trends, challenges and opportunities.
You will ensure the Chartered College of Teaching is responsive to the needs of the sector, making sure that we understand our members and ensuring that every member gets maximum value from engagement with our products and services.
Additional areas of work
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, planning recruitment campaigns and strategising content and resources for membership initiatives
- With the Associate Director: Partnerships, ensuring join-up between group membership sales and individual member sales
- Promoting and representing the Chartered College to potential members at events
- Working with the Membership Manager to ensure a seamless experience for members from their first interaction with us
- Recording, presenting, formatting and analysing data in a variety of ways to report to colleagues and stakeholders, including against KPIs.
- Performing other activities as and when required to support the wider team to achieve the charity’s goals.
Alongside your main areas of work, you will also participate in meetings and be encouraged to participate in CPD learning activities and training to maintain and develop your knowledge and skills.
You don’t need to have expertise in absolutely all areas, but we’re looking for someone who is motivated by our vision and truly passionate about membership growth and supporting teachers. Systems you would be using include Salesforce, DotDigital, Google Workspace, Zoom, Submittable and Slack.
Experience and skills:
- Experience in a sales or business development role (essential), with experience of membership or subscription sales highly desirable
- Experience working in the education sector (highly desirable)
- Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating sales initiatives and campaigns (essential)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (essential)
- Experience of Salesforce or other CRM systems (essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (desirable)

At FearFree we are proud to deliver services across the Southwest, and we're excited to be expanding our offer, with the introduction of a new Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Service. We have a full time vacancy (37 hours per week) and a part time vacancy (22.5 hours per week).
As a Support Advisor you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery of the ETE programmes and the development of the service. The service will provide a range of trauma-informed and person-centred support, focused on supporting those impacted by abuse to access education, training, employment or volunteering.
You will be responsible for providing trauma informed support through group work and 1-1 support. Working alongside a team of practitioners across our geographical patch in Devon. The project aims to:
- Increase volunteers in FearFree and support people to access volunteering opportunities externally.
- Support individuals impacted by abuse to access training and employment.
- Help people access bespoke apprenticeships and internships.
- Support service users to increase and advance work related skills, such as the development of CVs, financial management and IT skills.
- Raise awareness of this agenda to a wider network.
The service will support victims of Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking aged 15 and above, alongside perpetrators of Domestic Abuse – empowering victims and reducing the risk of recidivism for perpetrators.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in working with vulnerable people and an understanding / experience of the ETE sector. They will have an understanding of trauma informed practice and ideally have experience implementing this within group and 1-1 settings. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of Employability skills and will demonstrate the ability to proactively engage with both local employers and local support networks/organisations to promote the skills of the individuals they are supporting.

Main responsibilites and tasks
- Work closely with the service manager to set up and develop the service, supporting its ongoing growth and expansion.

We have two Codes of Practice: the Naming, Packaging and Promotion of Alcoholic Drinks and the Alcohol Sponsorship Code. Each Code outlines a set of responsible marketing rules that the alcohol industry must abide by. Details of role
· Deliver training and briefing sessions on the Codes and on alcohol social responsibility. This includes delivering sessions virtually and in person within the UK.
· Responsible for responding accurately and promptly to written requests for advice on product marketing from producers and their agencies alongside other members of the Regulatory Affairs Team.
· To raise standards of responsibility in the industry by undertaking proactive trademark searches of newly registered products and providing unsolicited advice where necessary.
· With the support of the team, provide internal and external reporting analysis of advice requests on a monthly basis.
· Monitor product innovations via social media and press publications to identify emerging trends and provide unsolicited advice where necessary.
· Support the team in drafting blogs, newsletters, industry advice pieces and an annual Regulatory Affairs Report.
· Support the team in wider regulatory communications, including distribution of content.
· To support the Regulatory Affairs team more widely by:
o Attending industry events;
