This role will involve supporting the challenge event portfolio as well as working with a variety of areas across the fundraising division such as Philanthropy, Individual Giving and Corporate. to enable Home-Start to support more families around the UK.

Prospectus is delighted to be working again with the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) in their search for a Project Administrator, who will support the Project Coordinator and project team to deliver the remainder of a substantial 12-month project.

This is a part-time (21-hours) role, offered on a 6-month FTC. Remote working is possible, with periodical travel to London. Candidates to start no later than early-October.

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Project Administrator will support the delivery of the Education Reform Project, ensuring engagement with all the key stakeholders, delivery of member surveys, meetings and focus groups, and support the delivery of the project outputs. The postholder will attend meetings, making notes of the discussion and compiling a summary. The new Project Administrator will send out communication updates each month, so these can be disseminated across the three professional bodies involved in the commission.

To be successful, you will have previous administration experience, or experience supporting the delivery of programmes and projects. You will have excellent attention to detail, with an ability to maintain accurate record keeping and experience of producing minutes or summaries of meetings. Founded in 1997, GamCare is one of the leading providers of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.

The Role

You will assist with the day-to-day delivery of a support service across the UK, including regular line management and case management supervision of Outreach and Engagement Practitioners and Womens Services Officers. You will also support the Programme Manager in planning the set up and launch of the support service in Northern Ireland.

Alongside service delivery, you will develop innovative ways to listen to and support women experiencing gambling harm. You will incorporate the opinions of women with lived experience of gambling harm into current and any new service design and delivery to ensure the support is responsive to the diverse needs of women.

The Women’s Pathway also delivers awareness raising training for professionals and digital support tools and resources for both women and professionals across the UK. You will work collaboratively with the training provision to develop digital support content, ensuring a joined-up offer to women and professionals.

You will need the ability to provide leadership to the Women’s Pathway on delivering safe, effective and women focused gambling harm support.

You will have demonstrable experience of case management and case management supervision for clients with varying needs who are seeking a change in behaviour to overcome harm caused.

In this role you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, solely managing the financial controls for this small charity with a £350k annual turnover.  You will support the Director and senior management team through your management of financial processes, policy and planning.

This will include using accountancy software to process income and expenditure, producing management accounts for the senior management team and Board, and ensuring the charity reports to its key funders, including Arts Council England. 

You’ll process payroll for our small team of 6 employees, taking care of liaison with HMRC as well as handling external audit and company filing.

Grandmentors

Grandmentors is a national volunteering programme where older volunteers (aged 50+) use their lifetime of skills and experience to support and mentor vulnerable young adults leaving the care system. These young adults often need a guiding hand and role model to support them to find work, continue their education or begin training – ultimately giving them the skills and self-belief to lead successful and independent lives.

Volunteers meet with a young adult regularly to boost their confidence and work towards goals, which are unique to each person.

Role Purpose

We are recruiting two part-time Project Coordinators to effectively deliver all aspects of our Grandmentors project in Wiltshire, ensuring it achieves its aims, objectives, outcomes, and targets. The postholders will work alongside teams within Wiltshire Council and with local volunteers to ensure that we improve the lives of care experienced young people (aged 16-25) through the unique power of inter-generational mentoring.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the service to ensure it meets agreed targets and millstones.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and local authority staff.
• Ensure volunteers are recruited, appropriately trained, and supported in their role; this will involve processing volunteer expenses, DBS checks and maintaining databases.
• Ensure regular communication between project staff and volunteers is maintained and that regular supervision for volunteers is provided.
• Work with your line manager to ensure project expenditure is in line with the budget.
• Maintain accurate records on all aspects of the project and submit data onto a secure system.
• Manage and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation records to capture impact and outcomes and ensure contractual compliance.

• To implement and maintain appropriate risk assessment management processes.
• Prepare impact and progress reports for both internal and external purposes.
• Develop relevant information to promote and raise the profile of Volunteering Matters locally.

The Role

Reporting to a Community Engagement Manager, the Flood Engagement Officer will work with colleagues across the area to deliver against engagement activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

Delivery of community projects

Engaging and empowering communities

Managing key stakeholder relationships

Providing data to support activity

Supporting the senior team with other activities as required

Willing to travel extensively including evenings and occasional overnight stays

This role requires extensive travel across London and the South to visit communities and our professional partners and will require regular travel outside of the locality for away days, meetings and training. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role including a full driving licence and access to a car.

About the Organisation

The National Flood Forum (NFF) is the only independent national charity dedicated to supporting and representing people at risk of flooding. Established in 2002 by those affected by flooding, we passionately put people at the heart of flood risk management. Our goal is to empower individuals and communities to recover from flooding and get the best possible outcomes. We put people first.  We act as an honest, trustworthy and independent broker on behalf of flooded people.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and play a vital role within the Fundraising team at MHA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the individual giving programme in line with the wider strategic objectives.

To do this you will manage the direct mail appeals and online campaigns, coordinate the regular giving programme, develop the strategy for the acquisition of new supporters and retention of existing ones, and produce the twice-yearly supporter newsletter. You would also provide additional support for the legacy programme when required.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual giving fundraiser or marketeer to develop and drive forward the programme. You will have a track record of delivering against income targets and KPIs, and be experienced in delivering campaigns and activities on time and within budget.

With excellent writing and communication skills, you will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator / Developer within our Technology Team. You will be an experienced and capable SharePoint Administrator / Developer with a proven track record in setting up and configuring SharePoint sites. You’ll be adept at handling change, including changing requirements. You are considered an expert by your colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge with others and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

You will have worked extensively with core SharePoint functionality as well as functionality provided by add-ons, apps, and integrations. You will have experience in configuring SharePoint to produce custom reports based on colleagues’ needs. You also keep up to date with developments in the SharePoint and wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and consider how they may add value to the Fund.
