The Marketing Permissions Lead will be the senior subject expert for marketing permission’s projects, driving the change to ensure UNICEF UK has polices and processes in place to ensure we continue to appropriately collect and manage marketing permissions, helping to deliver on our commitment to ‘strive to provide the best possible experience for our supporters’. The role will ensure that UNICEF UK can continue to contact as many supporters as possible, and will have a direct impact on UNICEF UK’s ability to maintain and grow income for children and families in danger.
The role requires knowledge and experience of the management of supporters within a charity or similar sector and an understanding of the compliance framework within which UNICEF UK operates including UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Experience of developing policy and negotiating and influencing senior colleagues is essential. Delivering strategically important projects and working to tight deadlines is also an advantage.

Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The service forms part of a pair of services supporting up to 12 individuals at any one time across the sites, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for young people across London on a spot purchase basis.
Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.

Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for the administration of the Charity’s finances, leading on tasks including:
- Weekly - invoice processing, payments, petty cash, bank deposits and reconciliation etc
- Monthly - compiling monthly payroll, creating management accounts/financial reports, supporting Project Managers with financial analysis, and reporting to Director/Trustees
- Annual – preparing budgets, submitting financial returns, reporting at the Annual General Meeting, and working with the accountancy firm to complete the financial audit.
- Ad hoc –financial support for Farm Events, developing budgets and other enquiries.
As a member of the Farm’s Operational Management team, you will support the organisation with financial insights and guidance to help us develop the charity, remain sustainable and achieve our mission.
Hours of work: 21-28 hours per week largely undertaken between 9 - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Place of work: This role is based at St Werburghs City Farm in Bristol, however, hybrid working can be discussed.

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to play a pivotal role in the management and successful growth of St Mungo’s Bristol and Bath sub region; making a difference in helping to end homelessness and rebuild lives. In this role you will provide effective leadership and management to ensure best practice across our services, so they are delivered to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implement an effective strategy for developing and growing the sub-region’s services, winning contracts for providing new services and retaining existing contracts to ensure the continued growth and ability to support homeless and vulnerable people.
- Oversee services which include either Rough Sleeping and Outreach Services or Accommodation based services including specific women only accommodation, as well as some services working with people with a primarily mental health need.
- Maintain excellent partnership working with other service providers, local authorities and those with lived experience to shape and develop services to meet the individual and complex needs of our clients.
In this role you will be required to work in Bristol and Bath to support relevant services, however you can work flexibly from an office base in other locations such as London, Oxford or Reading. Further information to be provided at interview.
About you
We are looking for an experienced leader who has overseen teams delivering services to groups of vulnerable clients, in either a supported housing, support, care or other relevant environment.
- You should demonstrate a track record of effective operational leadership and management of staff across dispersed locations, working through a line-management structure, including through a period of substantial change.
- Your business/service development experience will demonstrate your ability to successfully negotiate for contracts for the provision of services (either as a supplier or purchaser) and to win new business.
- You will have a person centred approach, and a genuine interest in putting clients at the centre of your work.

About the Role
As our Business Development Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee Income Generation, Public Affairs, Partnerships, and Communications to support our mission to aid women and children affected by violence.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Executive Team and Board of Trustees, you will develop and implement business development strategies that align with our goals, while ensuring transparent governance and robust reporting mechanisms.

Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, is seeking a Senior Trans+ Independent Victim Advocate to provide an effective and professional service to LGBT+ people facing violence and abuse.
Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT+ people, for LGBT+ people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do.
We run a national support helpline for LGBT+ victims and survivors of: domestic abuse; hate crime; rape and sexual abuse; and so-called “conversion therapy”. We provide advocacy services, both in London and nationally, for LGBT+ victims who need longer-term support. We are person-centred, empowerment-based, and trauma-informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.
We use what we learn through working on the frontlines with clients to work on national and local policy change, to improve outcomes for LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence. We build evidence through key pieces of research, like our upcoming report into LGBT+ experiences of sexual violence. We push for legislative change, improved statutory guidance for victims, and better understanding of the needs of LGBT+ people around the country.
Galop is looking for an experienced practitioner to provide effective support to Trans and Non-Binary victims and survivors of abuse and violence in the UK. You will work within the advocacy team to deliver advice, support, and advocacy to Trans and Non-Binary victims and survivors, specifically domestic abuse and sexual violence. You will act as a specialist lead within the advocacy team on to ensure that the specific needs of trans and non-binary survivors are met, including providing support, advice and expertise to your colleagues and externally.
You will have an in depth understanding of the spectrum of violence and abuse that LGBT+ people are subjected to, including the causes, impact and barriers to accessing services. You will use your expertise to represent Galop with key stakeholders, advocating for the needs of the community.
You will have expertise in delivering needs-led specialist support services. You will need to be solutions-focussed and enjoy working collaboratively across a diverse and committed team. You’ll need to have good resilience and self-care and be prepared to work in an environment where abuse and violence are regularly talked about. You’ll need to understand the impact of trauma and how that affects our team.
