LitdriveUK is a registered charity, created by and maintained by English teachers for English teachers to access high quality professional development, classroom materials and mentoring support. The Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, the Email Marketing Manager will drive conversions, engagement and income through email marketing activity. Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate UK fundraising efforts, focusing on major donors and corporates.
- Develop a creative 3-year fundraising strategy and set actionable annual and quarterly objectives.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with new major donors, moving them along a prospect pipeline.
- Support the stewardship of existing major donor relationships, ensuring continued and increased support.
- Draft compelling theories of change, cases for support, and other key materials.

About Us
Founded in 1997, GamCare is one of the leading providers of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
You will assist with the day-to-day delivery of a support service across the UK, including regular line management and case management supervision of Outreach and Engagement Practitioners and Womens Services Officers. You will also support the Programme Manager in planning the set up and launch of the support service in Northern Ireland.
Alongside service delivery, you will develop innovative ways to listen to and support women experiencing gambling harm. You will incorporate the opinions of women with lived experience of gambling harm into current and any new service design and delivery to ensure the support is responsive to the diverse needs of women.
The Women’s Pathway also delivers awareness raising training for professionals and digital support tools and resources for both women and professionals across the UK. You will work collaboratively with the training provision to develop digital support content, ensuring a joined-up offer to women and professionals.
About You
You will need the ability to provide leadership to the Women’s Pathway on delivering safe, effective and women focused gambling harm support.
You will have demonstrable experience of case management and case management supervision for clients with varying needs who are seeking a change in behaviour to overcome harm caused.
You will also be confident in identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous service improvement and expanding the reach and impact of the service.

We are seeking a Policy & Public Affairs Officer (Wales). The postholder will work closely with the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Lead for Wales to support the development and implementation of Barnardo's Cymru's influencing plan with a view to raising the profile and influence of Barnardo's amongst policy stakeholders and decision-makers to create positive change in children's policy.
The role offers the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of policy and public affairs influencing including: conducting research, producing reports, monitoring policy developments, liaising with policy stakeholders, supporting reactive policy work, and event management to publicise our work. The postholder will work to put the voices of children, young people, families, and our services are at the heart of Barnardo's influencing.

In this role you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, solely managing the financial controls for this small charity with a £350k annual turnover. You will support the Director and senior management team through your management of financial processes, policy and planning.

Grandmentors
Grandmentors is a national volunteering programme where older volunteers (aged 50+) use their lifetime of skills and experience to support and mentor vulnerable young adults leaving the care system. These young adults often need a guiding hand and role model to support them to find work, continue their education or begin training – ultimately giving them the skills and self-belief to lead successful and independent lives.
Volunteers meet with a young adult regularly to boost their confidence and work towards goals, which are unique to each person.
Role Purpose
We are recruiting two part-time Project Coordinators to effectively deliver all aspects of our Grandmentors project in Wiltshire, ensuring it achieves its aims, objectives, outcomes, and targets. The postholders will work alongside teams within Wiltshire Council and with local volunteers to ensure that we improve the lives of care experienced young people (aged 16-25) through the unique power of inter-generational mentoring.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the service to ensure it meets agreed targets and millstones.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and local authority staff.
- Ensure volunteers are recruited, appropriately trained, and supported in their role; this will involve processing volunteer expenses, DBS checks and maintaining databases.
- Ensure regular communication between project staff and volunteers is maintained and that regular supervision for volunteers is provided.
- Work with your line manager to ensure project expenditure is in line with the budget.
- Maintain accurate records on all aspects of the project and submit data onto a secure system.
- Manage and maintain effective monitoring and evaluation records to capture impact and outcomes and ensure contractual compliance.
- To implement and maintain appropriate risk assessment management processes.
- Prepare impact and progress reports for both internal and external purposes.
- Develop relevant information to promote and raise the profile of Volunteering Matters locally.
- Promote and adhere to Volunteering Matters Equality and Diversity Policy and all other Volunteering Matters policies which relate to the work of Grandmentors.
- Contribute to joint working and teamwork across Volunteering Matters and your regional team.
