The Marketing Permissions Lead will be the senior subject expert for marketing permission’s projects, driving the change to ensure UNICEF UK has polices and processes in place to ensure we continue to appropriately collect and manage marketing permissions, helping to deliver on our commitment to ‘strive to provide the best possible experience for our supporters’. The role will ensure that UNICEF UK can continue to contact as many supporters as possible, and will have a direct impact on UNICEF UK’s ability to maintain and grow income for children and families in danger.
The role requires knowledge and experience of the management of supporters within a charity or similar sector and an understanding of the compliance framework within which UNICEF UK operates including UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Experience of developing policy and negotiating and influencing senior colleagues is essential. Delivering strategically important projects and working to tight deadlines is also an advantage.

Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The service forms part of a pair of services supporting up to 12 individuals at any one time across the sites, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for young people across London on a spot purchase basis.
Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.
This role will consist of 3 weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00

What you'll do:
Building supportive, trusting relationships with young people and creating a positive atmosphere

Co-producing ongoing assessment and management of risks in collaboration with young people with an attitude of 'positive risk taking'

Supporting young people to maintain a healthy environment and where appropriate assisting them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene
Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join an established and well-regarded Gloucestershire disability charity to lead on the delivery of peer led Abuse Awareness, Self-Advocacy and Enablement Training for adults in Gloucestershire with learning disabilities.
Training is delivered through both individual and group training sessions across the county.
By enabling and empowering Individuals to make decisions and act, the training will support people with a learning disability to develop the skills they need to ensure they are able to safeguard themselves from harm, contribute towards more independent living, and maintain and/or improve their health and wellbeing.
About You
You will be a highly motivated and engaging professional, with knowledge and experience in delivering and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions, as well as guaranteeing the quality of delivery by the wider training team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in, knowledge and understanding of the daily challenges faced by adults with a learning disability.
The successful candidate will have a background in training or delivering in an academic environment. Direct experience of working with people with a learning disability is strongly preferred.
To be successful, you will have strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. A proven ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and virtually, is essential.

We are looking for a Counsellor to join our counselling service. The Counsellor will carry out clinical assessments with survivors of gender-based violence. They will also provide online person-centred trauma informed one-to-one counselling. They will attend monthly sessions with a clinical supervisor.

We are looking for a dynamic Counsellor with intersectional feminist values who has post qualification experience of working with survivors of VAWG. The ideal candidate will offer trauma-informed therapeutic support. They will be a non-judgmental and compassionate individual. The ideal candidate will have great active listening and communication skills (both written and verbal), and an ability to manage their own workload to deliver a high-quality therapeutic support to the survivors of VAWG.
If you hold a recognised professional counselling qualification to Diploma level or equivalent with a minimum of 250 hours’ post-qualification experience, and are passionate about ending VAWG, we would love to hear from you.

Encompass are excited to be partnering with North Northamptonshire Council to open a new Supported Accommodation Project in Corby. This Project will offer supported accommodation to those experiencing homelessness and have multiple complex needs. The project will provide a safe, secure environment where residents can thrive, achieve positive outcomes, recover from their experience of homelessness and transition into sustainable housing. We work in a person centred, strengths based and trauma informed way in all that we do.
This is a new role within the Encompass team and will be key in providing holistic, intensive support to residents and developing trusting relationships with a challenging clientele. You will have responsibility for case management with a number of residents, completing needs assessments, overseeing progress and delivering tailored support as they address barriers. You will need to be able to constructively challenge residents, make difficult decisions and be proactive in engaging residents in the support we provide.
Our residents consist of those experiencing Multiple Exclusion Homelessness and require intensive support. They are individuals with high complex support needs, including entrenched rough sleepers, individuals with a drug/alcohol dependence, those suffering from mental ill health, those with physical disabilities, rough sleepers with no resource to public funds or ex-offenders or individuals at risk of offending. You will possess a skill set which enables you to deliver tailored long term support to these residents, leading them to identify and address the barriers they face. Your background could be in Mental Health, Addiction, Housing, working with offenders or other relevant support services.
You will work with the wider staff team to deliver a quality housing service and support residents to transform their lives. The role will also work closely with the council housing options team, to move individuals into permanent accommodation. It may involve continuing to support an individual for a set period after they have left the project, to ensure they maintain their future tenancy.
This role will involve promoting the work of the project to potential supporters, volunteers, and partners. This could involve attending meetings, recruiting volunteers, sharing our work on social media, liaising with funders and identifying funding opportunities. The role will also ensure external partners and supporters remain up to date with our work and successes.

Duties will include:
- Lead on writing bids, tenders and applications (5 & 6 figure), managing and growing the existing portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory funding
- Build and develop relationships with a portfolio of potential and strategically important grant, trust & statutory funders
- Maintain and deliver a schedule of applications and reporting to funders, including prospecting for new support opportunities
- Undertake funder research and network mapping, building the donor prospect pipeline and undertaking donor cultivation
Suitable candidates will have:
- Proven record of personally securing 6 figure grants from Trusts, Statutory and other grant-making bodies
- Strong project planning and financial management skills, including planning, forecasting, modelling and performance analysis
- Experience of developing robust cultivation and stewardship plans to build positive, long term relationships with key funders and supporters
- A strategic outlook with the ability to spot opportunities and join up dots between different projects, funder needs and create a compelling narrative around this
- Exceptional written skills, with the ability to write persuasive copy to influence funders to give
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, with the ability to build warm long-term relationships with colleagues across the charity, charity partners and a diverse spectrum of funders

Part of a new programme from South East London Mind, Queer Minds is monthly peer support group facilitated by and for members of the LGBTQIA+ communities who live, work or play in Lambeth & Southwark and have experienced or are experiencing challenges with their mental health.
We are seeking a Peer Support Group Facilitator to deliver our Queer Minds groups. Supported by a voluntary co-facilitator, you will establish a safe and welcoming space for people from the LGBTQIA+ community who may be isolated or lacking in confidence because of their mental health, supporting their recovery by encouraging shared learning and social networks, and their autonomy to define their own identifies and diverse experiences.
You will support the volunteer co-facilitator to ensure that the service is running efficiently, including the regular distribution and collection of questionnaires and feedback required for reporting purposes, and supporting members with any signposting requirements.
Outside the forum, you will be responsible for managing the service email inbox and database including answering queries, processing referrals, carrying out eligibility screening, monitoring the waiting list and inputting and keeping all database member and service records up to date.
