Who we are
Basingstoke Citizens Advice is an independent and hardworking local charity providing FREE, confidential and independent advice to people in Basingstoke and Deane and surrounding communities.
We were founded in 1961 and we are a member of the national association of Citizens Advice.
Our aims

To provide information and advice to everybody seeking help from us, whatever their enquiry involves, giving them the knowledge and confidence to overcome their problems and move forward with their lives.

To provide a voice for people by researching and campaigning for changes in the law, influencing decision makers to significantly improve unjust and unfair policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
