Who we are

We are a volunteer‑led charity working to restore two historic canals that were lost to development in the 1950s.

Our mission is to rebuild the waterways section by section, create new green spaces, improve biodiversity, and provide safe, accessible routes for walking and wellbeing.

We bring together volunteers, partners, local authorities and supporters to deliver a long‑term project that will benefit the region for generations.

We are a friendly, community‑focused organisation built on collaboration, transparency and respect.

Volunteers and trustees work side by side, sharing ideas and supporting one another to make steady, practical progress.
