About Us

Princess Alice Hospice is a leading local charity providing free, specialist palliative and end‑of‑life care to people. Our care area extends over 600 square miles in the London Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond and large parts of Surrey. For over 40 years, we’ve supported patients and families at some of the most important moments in life.

Our care doesn’t begin or end at the Hospice doors - it’s built through strong relationships, collaboration and compassion across the communities we serve.

About what we do – and why it matters

We help people to live well, die well and be supported through grief, delivering high‑quality, holistic care that treats each person as an individual. From clinical and therapeutic roles to retail, fundraising, administration and support services, every role here directly contributes to outstanding care.

We’re ambitious about the future of hospice care. We’re extending our reach, evolving our role to become a key partner in the wider health and social care system, and engaging our communities to make sure our care is inclusive and shaped by the people we serve.
