Job Title: Audio Producer – Fundraising Projects

Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking an experienced Audio Producer to join our team to focus on fundraising projects. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You will help drive the success of Premier’s on-air fundraising campaigns and our Charity of the Year appeals, by producing compelling editorial content and messaging.  You will be expected to help shape live and optimise appeals that inspire and encourage our listeners to engage with the appeal and campaign messages.

You will collaborate with presenters, stakeholders, and clients to ensure every broadcast is compelling, high quality and strategically aligned with Premier’s mission and goals.

This role is key to delivering powerful stories and impact audio, supporting our fundraising goals and upholding Premier’s commitment to excellence and compliance – enabling the ministry to engage audiences and secure vital support for it’s ongoing work. You’ll be directly contributing to Premier’s ability to help listeners deepen their Christian faith. Role Overview

· Audio production: You will take the lead in producing and directing both live and pre-recorded content for fundraising appeals across Premier’s three stations, working closely with presenters and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and emotionally resonant broadcasts.

· Client Campaign Production: You’ll be hands-on in crafting compelling running sheets, managing live production flow, and coaching on-air talent to maximise impact of client campaigns.

· Quality and Compliance: Oversee the production and technical quality of fundraising audio, including editing, packaging and scheduling, while upholding Ofcom regulations and Premier’s standards of quality and equality.

SCM is looking for a recent graduate to spend a year working with us to help us to continue to build on the work of our successful Faith in Action project. 

Run in partnership with Project Bonhoeffer, a small charitable trust, the project began in 2012 with a vision that Christian students in Britain would have a greater awareness and understanding of Bonhoeffer’s radical approach to faith and discipleship, and its implications for Christian living in the modern world. 

The project has helped to run over a dozen campaigns from Food Poverty to Peace, and had an immeasurable impact on thousands of students through blogs, resources, and relationships. All of this is bringing to light many ‘Bonhoeffers’ of today negotiating the implications on Christian living in the world.

In 2021, we began developing the Faith in Action project as a graduate scheme, employing two graduates a year to work on the project; one to lead on theology bringing a depth of learning and theological refection, and the other to be a campaigns lead, taking us always back out into the world to make a difference. Now moving forward as a combined theology and community organising role, the Faith in Action Project Worker will equip our members, and students beyond SCM, to become theologians and campaigners, putting their faith into action to change the world.

We are looking for a passionate graduate to join the project for the 2026-27 academic year.

In this role, you will be a theologian to make other theologians, and will provide the framework for students to be able to reflect theologically on their life and modern Christian living. You will be responsible for growing the breadth of SCM’s Faith in Action resources, and discovering new ways of connecting with the current membership via the trends of social media or engaging in face-to-face reflections. An activist to make other activists, you will coordinate social action for SCM, engaging the membership in social justice projects that maximise our impact in society and the world.

You will work to build relationships between SCM communities and members to equip students with the skills they need to become faith-filled agents of social and political change and lead them in theological reflection to discern their involvement in local and national campaigns. You will also work to develop relationships with other Christian social justice and campaigning organisations to create opportunities for students to put their faith into action. In all of this, you will be supported by our small but perfectly-formed team, who will share your values and fully understand your aims in this project.

The role will require some travel within Britain, as well as semi-regular visits to the office in Birmingham, which may also include an overnight stay. All reasonable expenses for travel and accommodation will be reimbursed. Some evening and weekend work may be required for which time off in lieu will be given.

The Finance Officer will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the effective stewardship of resources across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Operations

At HT Church Cambridge, we’re looking for someone to be responsible for all aspects of our church finances. This role offers the opportunity to support and develop social action and social justice work across the Diocese of London. Working as part of the Compassionate Communities team, the postholder will help churches and communities respond to local needs by connecting, equipping and resourcing them to grow their impact.

The role involves working across a wide range of social action themes, supporting partnerships, training, events and engagement activities. It also includes helping to communicate and share the work churches are doing across local communities and contributing to wider diocesan priorities.

Job Summary

The Social Action Lead supports the development of social action and social justice work across the Diocese of London. The role works closely with churches, diocesan teams and external partners to support community engagement, strengthen partnerships and help deliver initiatives responding to local needs and challenges.

Job responsibilities

· Support churches and communities with advice, resources and connections relating to social action and social justice

· Develop and support diocesan training and engagement activities across key social action themes

· Organise and contribute to events, meetings and partnership activities

· Build and maintain relationships with churches, charities and external organisations

· Contribute to communications, presentations and sharing examples of good practice

· Support diocesan priorities relating to compassionate communities and social justice initiatives

Person Specification

· Qualification or experience in social action, social justice or poverty alleviation

· Experience building relationships with a range of organisations and stakeholders

· Strong organisational, communication and event coordination skills

· Strong collaborative working skills and ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities

· Right to work in the UK

Starting Salary: £35,668 - £39,005 (pro-rata, for part time is £17,834 - £19,502)

Location: Home

Hours: Part-time: 2 ½ days (17.5 hours) per week.

While this is a home-based role, it involves regular travel throughout the Diocese of Leeds to build relationships and work closely with volunteers, clergy and other key stakeholders. We are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, mobile and based within, or close to, the Diocese of Leeds and can travel widely around the area covered. 

CAFOD is looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Community Participation Co-ordinator to help grow engagement across the Leeds Diocese.

Working as part of a regional team, you will inspire and support parishes, schools and the wider Catholic community to participate in CAFOD’s work through prayer, action and giving. You will recruit, develop and support volunteers, build strong relationships with clergy and diocesan stakeholders, and help deliver CAFOD’s fundraising, campaigning and education objectives locally.

This is a home-based role with extensive travel across the Leeds Diocese. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, building networks and motivating others to get involved in CAFOD’s mission to overcome poverty and injustice.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, support and retain a network of volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clergy, parishes, schools and diocesan stakeholders.
• Deliver local participation plans and contribute to regional targets.
• Promote CAFOD’s work through diocesan communications and local networks.
• Organise volunteer meetings, training and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and reporting.

Access to a car is essential.

You will bring:

• A clear commitment to volunteering and an understanding of the transformative impact volunteers can have within communities.
• Experience of building and managing multiple relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including volunteers, clergy, community leaders or partner organisations.
• Experience of volunteer management, including recruitment, support, development, retention and recognition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a wide range of audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A willingness to travel extensively across the Leeds Diocese and occasionally work evenings and weekends.
