What you’ll be doing:

· Contribute to the overall fundraising strategy as a member of the management team, leading the development and delivery of the community engagement fundraising strategy, including operational plans, budgets and income targets to grow and retain supporters.

· Lead and develop the Community Engagement team, setting priorities, managing performance of a high-performing team and providing support to ensure successful delivery of objectives.

· Oversee community fundraising, corporate partnerships and events programmes, building strong relationships with businesses, schools, community groups, volunteers and supporters to maximise income and engagement.

· Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives that increase participation and revenue, using performance analysis and ROI assessment to drive continuous improvement.

· Work with Marketing and Communications to create engaging, multi-channel campaigns and fundraising materials that inspire support through compelling stories and content.

· Lead the delivery and optimisation of key fundraising events that have historically over-performed with a loyal supporter base.  

· Champion best practice in CRM use, enhancing supporter journeys, stewardship, retention, and campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.

· Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated fundraising activities, maximise opportunities such as In-Memory giving, and ensure a consistent, high-quality supporter experience.

About you:

· Fundraising experience across at least two of the following areas: community fundraising, events or corporate partnerships.

· Experience leading and managing teams, supporting performance and development.

· Experience monitoring and reporting on income targets, KPIs, and organisational objectives.

· Proven ability to build, develop, and retain relationships with community groups, local businesses, individual fundraisers, and event participants.

· Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with colleagues, senior leaders, and volunteers.

· Experience developing and managing strategies, budgets, and operational plans.

· Successful track record of networking within local communities and leveraging social media to drive engagement.

The Foundation for Jewish Heritage is the UK’s only dedicated organisation focused on preserving and activating Jewish built heritage as a catalyst for education, culture, memory and community renewal.

Over the past decade, the Foundation has grown from a small specialist charity into a recognised leader in the field of Jewish built heritage. It has secured major support for nationally significant projects, including a £6 million flagship heritage project supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Welsh Government, Garfield Weston, Wolfson and Rothschild.

The Foundation is now entering an important new phase. The Foundation’s work is about more than saving buildings. Historic synagogues and heritage sites are gateways into the stories of Jewish life, identity, migration, civic contribution and cultural memory. The Foundation has reached a point where its fundraising structure needs to match the scale of its ambition.

Until now, much of the fundraising has been led directly by the Chief Executive, supported by trustees, consultants and external bid writers. This has delivered significant success, particularly around major heritage projects and institutional funders. However, the organisation now needs a more structured, proactive and relationship-led fundraising function.

This Air Ambulance organisation, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity and is a free life-saving service that is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.

The Head of Individual Giving will be responsible for leading individual giving fundraising strategy and delivery. This will include working across a multi-channel Individual Giving programme to drive the retention and acquisition of donors to grow income generation. Job Description  

The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will support the management of our brand partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to source new brand relationships, set up meetings for the team and support existing brand partnerships. 

• Work closely with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships to identify and outreach to target brand partners, working to engage their support for the charity

• Account management of new and existing partners 

• Meticulous record keeping, ensuring the pipeline and the opportunity database are current and up to date.

• Contribute to the organisation and team's annual plans, strategies, and budgets. 

• Develop, monitor, and maintain systems and processes including Salesforce and account management plans. 

• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and partner impact reports.

• Understand and support the vision, mission, and values of The Hygiene Bank. 

• Reflect our inclusive culture in your day-to-day work and support a values-led, positive, health & safety and safeguarding culture in your interactions with colleagues and the volunteers.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 

• Excellent relationship management and stewardship resulting in demonstrable account growth. 

• Effective account management or sales experience with brand and corporate partners across a variety of sectors.

• Experience using creativity and innovation to diversify income from partners, resulting in growth. 

• Outstanding communication skills and polished presentation and people skills to champion, and act as an ambassador for The Hygiene Bank in the business world, including preparing and leading presentations. 

• Detail-driven, strategic, motivated, with a forward-leaning approach to business. 

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritise a busy workload. 

• Outstanding written communication skills and experience in developing compelling proposals and collateral. 

• Experience working with internal stakeholder teams to help ensure partnership deliverables are met.

We're looking for a Community Fundraising Officer, based at our rehoming centre in Harefield, West London, to promote the work of Dogs Trust to key audience groups and deliver excellent customer care for all Dogs Trust supporters, but particularly potential and existing legacy pledgers.

What does this role do?
As Community Fundraising Officer, you’ll:

• link the rehoming centre with supporters in the local community, developing relationships with local individuals, businesses, community groups and clubs, 
• feed into various income streams through these relationships, identifying prospects in the community and develop a pipeline of future donors and legacy donations,
• steward existing and potential donors, always providing them with a seamless supporter journey, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the work we do and feel motivated to support our meaningful local work,
• organise supporter events, talks and tours both onsite and externally.
• completing all administration related to donations to the centre, including thanking and banking.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 6th July 2026, and will take place at our rehoming centre in Harefield.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some community fundraising experience, with the ability to build connections and connect with the local community. To do this, you’ll need excellent communication skills and be able to confidently approach and interact with supporters. While you’ll be a key part of the rehoming centre team, you’ll be regularly be working independently, so strong organisational skills and a proactive approach is essential.

This role is based at the rehoming centre, and the post holder will spend lots of time in the community meeting supporters. The working pattern is typically Monday and Tuesdays, but flexibility is required and is likely to involve some evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the work.

The Senior Community Fundraising & Events Coordinator will play a key role in growing and diversifying Brain Research UK’s community fundraising income and supporter engagement.

Working closely with supporters, volunteers, community groups, and internal colleagues, the post-holder will help develop meaningful relationships, deliver engaging fundraising activities and events, and provide an excellent supporter experience.

You will oversee the planning, delivery and resourcing of JUSTICEʼs legal and policy work, ensuring strong project management, effective budget oversight and timely reporting on risks, progress and impact. You will also contribute to organisational sustainability by identifying funding opportunities and supporting fundraising efforts, recognising the importance of sustainable resourcing to the charityʼs long-term success.
