In this role, you will lead on web analytics and insight across our digital journeys, ensuring accurate tracking, high-quality data and clear performance reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across Fundraising + Engagement, Data + Insight and Health Advice to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and insight across digital platforms. You will identify optimisation opportunities, shape experimentation roadmaps and support the design and evaluation of A/B testing activity. You will also contribute to strengthening our in-house SEO capability and embedding best practice in digital measurement.

You will have strong technical expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, alongside experience in testing and optimisation. You will be highly organised, confident presenting data stories to stakeholders and comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners. A proactive, data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations are essential.

We are seeking a Healthcare Evaluation Lead for Northern Ireland, a pivotal role that will influence meaningful and lasting change across health and social care services.​

As the Healthcare Evaluation Lead, you will:​

• Map and evaluate existing epilepsy services across Northern Ireland.
• Identify gaps, inequalities, and workforce challenges in service provision.

• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislation and guidance relating to sexual violence
• The ability to provide non-judgemental, trauma-informed support
• Strong organisational, communication and crisis management skills

The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with St Luke’s Hospice to recruit a passionate and creative Community Fundraiser (Products) to join their dedicated fundraising team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community fundraiser to play a key role in developing and delivering inspiring fundraising products and campaigns that build strong supporter relationships and generate sustainable income for the Hospice.

Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will lead on a portfolio of community fundraising activity, including ownership of the Hospice’s In Memory fundraising programme. You’ll create thoughtful, supporter focused journeys for people with a close personal connection to St Luke’s, ensuring every interaction is sensitive, engaging and impactful.

Working collaboratively across fundraising, communications and supporter care teams, you’ll help shape innovative campaigns, analyse performance and deliver exceptional supporter experiences that strengthen long-term engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of community fundraising campaigns and products
• Managing and developing the In Memory fundraising programme
• Creating engaging supporter stewardship journeys
• Monitoring income, activity and performance data to inform future planning
• Working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated fundraising activity
• Ensuring all fundraising activity complies with relevant regulations and best practice

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience delivering community fundraising campaigns or products
• Strong supporter stewardship experience, ideally including In Memory fundraising
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and analysing supporter data
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences

We are looking for someone who will:

• Lead supporter acquisition activities and build the portfolio of individuals, churches, trusts, corporates and other organisations supporting the work of Yeldall Manor.
• Build deep, mission-aligned partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
• Lead and implement an effective marketing and communications strategy to help position Yeldall Manor within the top tier of UK residential rehab centres.

We are looking for a compassionate, committed and motivated person with lived experience of HIV to provide peer support to people living with HIV across South London hospital HIV services.

This role will support people who are newly diagnosed through Emergency Department opt-out testing, people who are returning to HIV care, and people who may need extra support to stay connected to treatment and services. You will offer a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where people can talk openly about their experiences, build confidence, and feel less alone.

Using your own lived experience in a thoughtful and boundaried way, you will support people to understand their diagnosis, navigate HIV care, and identify what matters most to them. You will work alongside each person to understand their needs, develop a support plan, and help them access the right practical, emotional and specialist support.

You will work closely with HIV clinic teams, peer support colleagues, advice and advocacy services, and other partners to make sure people living with HIV receive timely, inclusive and culturally competent support that helps them feel informed, empowered and able to live well.

As Exams Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of examinations, ensuring they are delivered securely, efficiently and in line with agreed standards and timelines.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will oversee the full exam lifecycle, from planning and scheduling through to results delivery, while managing key relationships with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

You will play a central role in maintaining quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities within this role include:

• Leading the end-to-end operational delivery of examinations
• Managing and developing team members
• Managing exam cycles, timelines and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters relating to exams
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and venues to support smooth delivery
