Abeona Housing Co-operative is looking for a skilled administrator to join our small, close-knit team on a freelance, interim basis. This is a hands-on project role with real ownership and variety, working at the heart of a democratic, resident-led community.
Over three months, you will lead five defined projects to build Abeona's administrative and digital infrastructure, including a cloud filing migration and housing management software transition, alongside core day-to-day housing administration. Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, secure and quality control surplus produce to be taken to our East London depot and distributed to the local community.
- Liaise with the depot teams over any day-to-day issues.
- Manage the supplier base so deliveries of stock are consistent and maximised.
- Manage and maintain market relations, ensuring Felix fulfils its partnership commitments with the City of London.
- Coordinate daily logistics between New Spitalfields Market and all areas of Felix, including liaising between our East London Depot, Food Supply, Volunteering and Transport /Logistics Teams.
- Account manage all market traders.
- Manage the Felix office on site.
- Work closely with traders to ensure the relationship with The Felix Project is mutually beneficial.
- Manage volunteers onsite, including induction tours and delegating quality control.

Aid’s Board of Trustees, who have lived experience of being an asylum seeker,
refugee or of statelessness.
The Board of Trustees is made up of individuals who have overall control and legal
responsibility for the charity’s management and administration. All the Trustees share
responsibility for the charity and must work according to the Articles of Association – a

Sitting within SSAFA’s Welfare Operations directorate, you will be responsible for improving our approach to data within our Casework services. This will include reviewing our processes, data capture and systems and making recommendations for improvement, where appropriate. SSAFA has recently brought together colleagues in digital and data roles across the organisation to form a taskforce with the aim of using technology to help our staff and volunteers communicate, share information and collaborate, and to develop products and services so that we can reach more of the people we support increasing our impact. About you
You will need to be experienced in data analysis and visualisation and have led projects focussing on improving data. You will be a good communicator and be able to approach diverse teams to understand their current practices and future needs with regards to data. Bringing the beneficiary experience to life through data, you will be confident in explaining your findings to non-experts to enable them to make informed decisions.

About the Project
Communities Prepared works with volunteers and communities across England to help them build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies. This includes supporting communities to plan for climate-related risks such as flooding, storms, heatwaves, and severe weather.
Despite the successes we have had through our programme to date, we are not currently reaching diverse enough audiences and too often there are people missing from the resilience sector. This needs to change. To address this we are now embarking on an exciting new UK-wide partnership programme funded through the National Lottery Community Fund’s Climate Action Fund over the next five years.
The programme responds to growing evidence that climate-related emergencies, including extreme heat, flooding, fire, cold and severe weather, disproportionately impact marginalised communities, while those same communities are often excluded from resilience planning and decision-making.
The programme brings together Equally Ours, Communities Prepared (part of Groundwork South), and the VCS Emergencies Partnership (VCSEP, part of the British Red Cross) to strengthen climate resilience by ensuring that communities experiencing discrimination and disadvantage are at the heart of climate preparedness, response, recovery and policy-making.
Through a rights-based and co-produced approach, the programme seeks to shift climate resilience policy and practice away from models that frame communities as “vulnerable”, and towards approaches grounded in agency, participation, equality and shared responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Project Officer, you will:
- Work with the project team to map stakeholders and co-develop a structured engagement plan to recruit and work with marginalised communities.
- Build a collaborative and trusting relationship with the partner organisations and other stakeholders for this project, ensuring this work meets their expectations and complements areas of the work programme led by others.
- Work with project participants and partners to co-design Communities Prepared material and delivery methods that are more accessible and relevant to diverse audiences.
- Lead on the delivery of resilience training and workshop sessions with diverse audiences, both in-person and online.
- Work with project participants and partners to co-design a train the trainer model that will enable diverse audiences to deliver resilience training within their own communities, amplifying reach and impact.
- Work with the core Communities Prepared team to adapt our offer with the long-term goal of the Programme reaching more diverse audiences, especially those seldom heard in this sector.
The role involves regular travel across the UK, with a focus on South West England during the project’s pilot phase.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in community engagement or community development.
- Experience delivering training or workshops.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confident to engage people from a range of different backgrounds.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders or partners.
- Confidence working independently in a remote role.
- An interest in climate change, community resilience and wider community development.
- A willingness to travel across the country.

The Power2 Team is a multi-agency, multidisciplinary service that brings together specialist professionals to support children and young people who are at risk of exploitation, serious youth violence, criminal involvement and other harmful outcomes.
Using trauma-informed, strengths-based and relational approaches, the team works closely with young people, families, communities and partner agencies to improve wellbeing, increase resilience and create safer futures.
About this key role
You will provide intensive one-to-one mentoring and group-based interventions to vulnerable and at-risk young people, helping them to identify and achieve positive goals while reducing the risks they face.
Working as part of a collaborative multi-agency team, you will build trusting relationships with young people and their families, coordinate support, and ensure that the voice of the child remains central to all interventions.
You will:
- Deliver trauma-informed mentoring, group work and targeted interventions that support young people to build resilience, confidence and positive aspirations
- Develop and deliver individual support plans using strengths-based and restorative approaches
- Work closely with families and partner agencies to coordinate effective support
- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns and risks relating to exploitation, serious youth violence and criminal activity
- Support young people to engage with education, training, employment and community opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities

What we are looking for

The Role
FareShare Midlands is delighted to be working in partnership with Pepsico in order to deliver a range of community based workshops that will provide advice and information around key areas of physical and mental wellbeing, financial resilience and employability skills to clients who use the services of our Community Food Members along with the provision of 121 sessions for individuals who require additional and tailored support.
Key Responsibilities
As the Administrator, you will work closely with the Employability Coach and be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging with our existing and new Community Food Members to promote the programme
- Identifying and engaging with Leicester based community groups to inform them of our services
- Attending community outreach events to promote the programme
- Using Canva to create posters and flyers as required
- Developing a menu of delivery resources for both the workshops and the 121 sessions
- Formatting resources using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Arranging suitable dates and times for the delivery of 2 workshops per week
- Managing a small caseload in order to provide 1-2-1 sessions
- Developing relationships with external specialist support organisations in order to signpost where necessary
