About the Role
As a Project Manager for Quality & Compliance, you will provide support across the team's functions, including audit and compliance data reporting, and will lead on driving continual improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Support - Provide project management support for the delivery of internal audits and associated audit improvement plans.
- Non-Conformance - Produce data and management information relating to areas of non-conformance, and lead national projects aimed at improving compliance
- Quality Assurance and Case Review - Conduct dip sampling, quality assurance activity, and case reviews to test compliance against standards.

About You
Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification in project management, continual improvement or audit, and have knowledge & understand of project management, audit principles & quality assurance.
You will need:
- Project Management - Proven experience of managing and delivering projects to the defined outcomes within quality, time and cost limits.
- Organisation Skills - Highly organised and flexible with the ability to manage complex work streams on an ongoing basis to achieve high quality results.
- IT & Data Skills - Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and an ability to interpret, analyse and present complex information and quality & performance data

The starting salary for this position is £21,840 per annum (full time equivalent salary £27,300), with an additional market supplement of £1,760 per annum (full time equivalent £2,200 per annum). This is complemented by;

About the role
This role is based in Pontypool Police Station, Pontypool, it is offered on a hybrid working basis and there is a requirement for travel throughout the area.

About The Role
We’re launching a brand-new Day Rehab Programme in North Northamptonshire and are looking for a Service Manager to help shape and lead it from the ground up. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week, with flexible working patterns available), offering the chance to build a service that will make a real difference in people’s recovery journeys.
You’ll also support the development of a new LERO, helping it grow towards independence and sustainability, while working closely with the Regional Manager and wider partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with strategic input.
- Lead delivery of the Day Rehab Programme (Self-Help Addiction Recovery model)
- Support the setup and development of a new LERO service

About the role
The main purpose of this role is to provide quality support to children and young people who are victims and survivors of sexual violence. You will be responsible for completing comprehensive initial needs and risk assessments, developing and delivering personalised safety and support plans for clients, many of whom have additional vulnerabilities and have complex needs.
You will need to be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with the Police, statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes within a multi-agency setting. As well as being tenacious in support of your clients and adept at problem solving.
To be successful in this role you will need to be approachable, flexible and caring, demonstrating empathy at all times. You will have had lengthy experience of direct service delivery (casework) with people with complex needs (ideally with children) and will have a good understanding of the impact of sexual violence offences on victims and survivors and of safeguarding issues. You will also have an excellent understanding of and commitment to the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity.
IT literacy is a must and candidates must evidence both the ability to use bespoke packages and excellence in their recording practice. If you do not possess an ISVA accreditation, we will fund this learning as it essential for the role. The role also requires enhanced DBS and police vetting.
This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. If you are unable to drive because of a disability please indicate this in your application in your personal statement so we can explore the feasibility of alternative arrangements. Ideally the successful applicant will reside in or within easy reach of Lincoln, West Lindsey and surrounding area.
