BIA represents 620+ organisations across the UK life sciences and biotech ecosystem — from start-ups and scale-ups to global pharma, alongside academic institutions, research organisations, charities and service providers.

Our culture and values

We are currently working in a hybrid pattern, whereby we work 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This is under review and at the discretion of the business.
