About us
Who we are
We support adults aged 18 and over with acute or chronic mental health conditions, as well as individuals affected by dementia, social isolation, neurodiversity, brain injury and stroke.
Our person-centred approach focuses on setting achievable goals and working collaboratively with local agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes. We help clients develop life skills, engage socially, and build confidence and independence, while also providing carers with essential respite.
Our culture and values
We treat everyone with dignity and respect, offering support and compassion, regardless of views, culture, religion, age, race, sexual orientation and disability. We encourage clients to make their own decisions and we tailor our support to meet their needs, respecting our client's and carer's confidentiality
