About The Role

We create a safe place in schools where children and young people can open up without pressure or stigma, allowing our highly skilled and diverse counsellors to reach children, young people and their families who need us.

We are recruiting a talented Community and Challenge Events Officer. As part of a small but dynamic team led by our Head of Community and Challenge Events, you’ll play a key role in raising a team income of £530k for 2026/27 and generating activity for future years.

 This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is highly organised with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, creativity and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing a range of community and challenge events activities such as London Landmarks Half Marathon, Manchester Marathon, and Schools Fundraising.
  • Playing a key role in the successful delivery of our flagship campaign Children’s Mental Health Week, including project management of key fundraising elements.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our supporters.
  • Fostering positive relationships internally and externally to deliver positive results.
