This is a hands-on, operational role working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Management Team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing clear financial information and ensuring strong financial controls are in place.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical finance work, values accuracy and organisation, and wants to use their skills in a purpose-driven charity.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance operations, including income, expenditure and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly management accounts and support budget monitoring

Maintain accurate financial records in line with charity accounting requirements

Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers

Prepare information for audits and work with external auditors

Support finance-related reporting for trustees, funders and senior managers

About you:

You will have proven experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. You will be confident working independently, while also supporting colleagues across the organisation with finance-related queries.

You will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities. Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software are essential, along with a practical and solutions-focused approach.

Shop Manager

We are looking for a talented Shop Manager who is an enthusiastic self-starter, with a passion for charity retail, to manage our Warwick shop on a full time (37.5 hours per week) basis.

Relate is a leading relationships service, offering counselling, information, mediation and support to individuals, couples and families from all backgrounds and sexualities, at all stages of life. We also provide expert training for relationship support practitioners.

Role Purpose:

The Circle is an alternative to A&E for young people and children who are finding it hard to cope with their mental health, when medical intervention might not be necessary. We provide one-off in the moment support, and we are open every day of the year.

Mental health advisors are part of the core team, supporting children and young people aged 5-18 and their families every day. We do not have waiting lists. You are expected to work within HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures and adhere to our code of conduct/values.

This role may suit those that have worked with vulnerable children in the past, including, but not limited to, support workers, CAMHS workers and mental health workers. We work within a diverse borough and look to reflect this in our team.

Job Summary:

The mental health advisor role is a key part of the delivery of the Circle, working to support young people and their families who are finding it hard to cope. They will conduct (up to) hour long, one-off sessions with children and young people aged 5-18, providing: safety planning, coping mechanisms, psychoeducation, and signposting, and supporting in de-escalation. This will be delivered with a non-judgemental and empathetic approach.

As a mental health advisor, you will need to be ready to respond in the moment to presenting (often unknown) concerns. You will dynamically risk assess situations and be confident in raising concerns when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:

• Work as part of a team to provide support to children, young people and their families.
• Work within the Circle framework and follow all HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures.

South East London Mind’s award-winning Mindful Mums Programme aims to build resilience and prevent pregnant and new mums from developing mental health problems during the perinatal period (pregnancy up to 1 year). This year marks the service’s 10-year anniversary, supporting over 4,000 parents across South East London.

Our peer support volunteers are at the heart of what we do, helping us to deliver weekly wellbeing groups, walking groups and one-to-one befriending for new mothers and birthing people. Their dedication makes a real difference, and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way.

We are seeking a proactive Senior Peer Support Coordinator to lead on the provision of a high-quality peer support volunteer programme for over 50 volunteers. This role is responsible for all aspects of the volunteer life cycle, from marketing and recruitment, delivery of induction training on perinatal mental health and psychoeducational tools used within Mindful Mums, through to reflective supervision, delivering our CPD programme and finding the right role for each volunteer within the service. 

You will work alongside Senior Project Coordinators and the Service Manager to ensure we deliver on our targets, supporting with programming our wellbeing groups and one-to-one befriending. You will be a skilled people manager and effective communicator, responsible for the line management of staff and ensuring the service is represented at stakeholder and partner community events. You will be a confident facilitator, as some group delivery will be expected.

Like us, you will be passionate and knowledgeable about the role of peer support within recovery-focused perinatal mental health and the NHS Competence Framework for Mental Health Peer Support Workers. You will be experienced in supporting volunteers, providing supervision and acting as a mentor in their professional development. You will be highly organised with experience of project management in a target-driven environment.  An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and highly organised is essential for this role.

We are looking for a dedicated team to deliver person centred and bespoke trauma informed support to vulnerable women in Luton. This new service will provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for women facing sexual exploitation and substance dependency – a place they can truly call home. Through stable, person-centred care, you'll play a vital role in empowering women to rebuild their lives and embrace brighter futures. 

In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. Our residents have experienced multiple forms of exclusion, such as historical/ongoing abuse, involvement in the criminal justice system, mental health challenges, drug and/or alcohol dependency and enduring high levels of violence and coercion. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins. Your role will focus on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

 Responsibilities include:

• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to resident needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events both within the service and the community

The Crisis Intervention Worker will be working closely with individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis and/or episodes of psychological/emotional distress. About the Role

As a Senior Service Manager you will be working for a people-led organisation whose mission and values is to inspire change across Sussex. What you'll be doing:

The Director of Fundraising is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for driving significant and sustainable growth in income for MQ, with a target of achieving £10 million annual turnover over the next five years.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the postholder will set and deliver an ambitious, data-led fundraising strategy across philanthropy, trusts and foundations, partnerships and other income streams. They will personally steward high-value relationships while building a high-performing, commercially minded fundraising function capable of supporting MQ’s long-term mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Income Growth

• Develop and deliver MQ’s overall fundraising and income generation strategy, aligned to organisational priorities
• Set clear income targets and KPIs across all fundraising streams

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major donors, funders and partners
