We are looking for qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join us in delivering the best care we can to our clients.
You will be a qualified (IAPT) Talking Therapies, Low Intensity Therapist (PWP).

You will be actively committed to developing your skills in cognitive behavioural therapy in a primary care mental health setting. You will provide a Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service to customers of Mind in Bexley IAPT with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, mainly of a mild to moderate severity and impact, primarily Steps 1 and 2 (Stepped Care).

You will deliver high quality, high volume, evidence-based low intensity therapy which will be short term and primarily cognitive behavioural and self-management interventions.

PWPs will offer a wide range of interventions, including telephone and online treatment CBT programmes, psycho-educational groups, courses, workshops, webinars and one-to-one work.

This is a fast-paced role and carries a high-volume caseload. The role is varied and constantly evolving.

This position is offered on a self-employed basis.

The post holder will be responsible for managing their own clinical caseload. This role involves the assessment and delivery of appropriate high-intensity psychological interventions to individuals presenting with common mental health difficulties within an NHS Talking Therapies service.

Applicants must have completed and achieved their professional qualification independently and not via a Talking Therapies funded training route.

The post holder will be expected to attend regular clinical supervision and may take on additional responsibilities to support ongoing service development as required.

The role involves working with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and age groups, using interpreters where appropriate. Delivery will take place across community settings (including GP surgeries), psychological treatment centres, and remotely. The post holder will be required to work from the Bexleyheath office for up to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

1. Accept referrals in line with agreed service protocols.

2. Conduct assessments and deliver therapy via telephone, video consultation and face-to-face appointments.

3. Deliver High Intensity CBT treatment in both individual and group formats (as agreed).

4. Assess suitability of referrals in accordance with departmental protocols and refer clients to alternative services where appropriate.

5. Formulate, implement and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans.

6. Involve family members and carers in treatment where appropriate, communicating formulations sensitively and in accessible language.

7. Promote access to psychological therapies within peripheral settings. For example, therapists working in GP surgeries will attend practice meetings, build effective working relationships with primary care teams, and ensure promotional materials are readily available for both professionals and members of the public.

8. Liaise with other psychological therapy services to enhance collaborative working and improve service provision for local residents.

9. Plan and coordinate appropriate packages of care, communicating effectively with internal and external professionals to support continuity and transfer of care where required.

10. Undertake risk assessments, develop risk management plans, and initiate appropriate action when indicated, including referrals to secondary care and safeguarding services.

11. Collect and record outcome data using the TALKING THERAPIES IAPTUS system, ensuring accurate documentation of clinical contacts, records, and care pathway progression.

12. Ensure care is delivered within the stepped care framework in use within the service.

13. Adhere to the service operations manual and relevant policies and procedures.

14. Take proactive responsibility for meeting agreed clinical activity targets, including therapy contact hours.

15. Contribute to clinical governance processes within your area of practice under the supervision of a Senior Therapist.

16. Develop a specialist clinical interest area (e.g. PTSD, OCD, Long-Term Health Conditions, Perinatal Mental Health, Eating Disorders, Social Anxiety). Specialist focus may evolve in line with service needs and continuing professional development.

17. Participate in clinical audit activities, including analysing service user feedback and presenting findings verbally and in writing.

Training and Supervision

1. Attend regular clinical supervision (individual and/or group) within the service.

2. Participate in peer supervision.

3. Actively engage in continuing professional development (CPD), including effective use of supervision.

4. Attend and complete all required Talking Therapies-approved workshops and training relevant to professional objectives.

5. Contribute to peer learning through journal clubs and in-house CPD events.

6. Provide supervision to other staff where appropriate, following completion of relevant training and experience.

Professional

1. Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

2. Liaise effectively with colleagues across Mind in Bexley and other relevant teams.

3. Contribute to public and professional education programmes under the supervision of senior clinicians.

4. Deliver psychoeducational sessions within a CBT framework to groups of service users under supervision.

5. Take responsibility for the clinical governance of your own professional practice.

6. Attend supervision, case management, and line management meetings regularly, actively participating in objective setting and performance reviews.

7. Comply with organisational policies, procedures and standards.

8. Promote and contribute to a positive therapeutic culture within the team and across the wider service.

You may be required to work one evening shift (12pm–8pm) and occasional Saturdays to meet the needs of service users.

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) exists to provide compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed crisis support to people across Leeds and West Yorkshire.  Founded in 1999 by individuals with lived experience of mental health crisis, the organisation has grown to deliver a range of services for adults, children and young people while remaining rooted in survivor leadership and empowerment. LSLCS has a long history of innovation and excellence; receiving multiple national awards.

The CEO holds overarching responsibility for the current service provisions, with the support of operational directors and service managers.  LSLCS challenges and shapes current practices; aligned with the needs of those accessing crisis services, with a strong emphasis on gaining and reviewing service user and team feedback to inform decision-making.  The CEO must be able to review feedback openly, regularly and with genuine curiosity in shaping the future of the organisation.

In this role, you will support residents whom reside within our refuge accommodation which includes women and children surviving domestic abuse many of whom are living with trauma. We are looking for someone who really cares about the rights of women and their children to join our service in West London. 

As a Support Mentor, you will support in providing a much needed safe space and support for women, for them to feel empowered in their healing journey and feel secure in their independence, strengths, and skills. You will work alongside various stakeholders and partners and engage with our residents through various key working activities to identify the needs, goals and skills, then provide pathways, support, and appropriate interventions to support with successful outcomes. We are seeking a passionate, driven and motivated colleague to lead this service in a trauma informed and inclusive way. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support women and children who may be facing challenges with surviving domestic abuse many of whom are living with trauma.
• Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings
• Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways
• Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
• Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
• Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate
• Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.

SANE is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the effective day-to-day financial management of the charity and help ensure our mental health services are financially well supported.

This is a hands-on, operational role working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Management Team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing clear financial information and ensuring strong financial controls are in place.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical finance work, values accuracy and organisation, and wants to use their skills in a purpose-driven charity.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance operations, including income, expenditure and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly management accounts and support budget monitoring

Maintain accurate financial records in line with charity accounting requirements

Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers

Prepare information for audits and work with external auditors

Support finance-related reporting for trustees, funders and senior managers

Ensure clear financial procedures and strong internal controls are followed

About you:

You will have proven experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. You will be confident working independently, while also supporting colleagues across the organisation with finance-related queries.

The Influencing Project Manager will work as part of a flexible team to develop, lead and manage the stakeholder engagement, influencing and communications elements of the Volunteering for Health programme.
 
Volunteering for Health is a £10million learning programme focused on testing, building and growing healthcare volunteering infrastructure. The programme has invested in fifteen systems across England who are navigating complex health systems to ensure that volunteering is embedded as a system wide NHS asset.
 
The team is responsible for developing and delivering the ‘learning and support’ and the ‘influencing and communications’ elements of the national programme, in partnership with NHS England and CW .
 
We have reached an exciting stage where we can turn our local learning into national change. By using the inspiring stories and impact from our programme, we want to show healthcare leaders what is possible. Location: This role is based in Luton. In this role, you will identify members needs and provide person centred, tailored support to help them overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing through nature based activities and green landscape interventions. This is a dynamic role suited to someone passionate about the power of nature in supporting recovery and community connection. You will act as a key triage, coordination and partnership lead to ensure individuals are connected to the right level of support, whether through short term engagement within the service or onward signposting to community opportunities.

You will act as the primary point of contact a referrals, oversee volunteer buddy support and collaborate with a skilled internal team delivering interventions. This community focused role suits someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing. • Supporting members who may be facing challenges with focus on social isolation, mental health, and connection to nature

Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: This role is based across two locations around 30 minutes from each other in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)

Salary: £23,700 (Full Time Equivalent)

Shift Pattern: 33 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, shifts are overnight on a rolling rota ranging between 21:00-09:00, working on average 3 days a week which may mean weekly hours vary slightly. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota, in line with the needs of the service.

About the Role

We’re looking for a calm, reliable and friendly Night Concierge  to join our team based in RBKC (Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea) to support our residents who have multiple needs including with daily living, mental health, substance and alcohol use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment overnight, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This role is key to ensuring our services remain secure and responsive throughout the night. You’ll carry out regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, and provide helpful handovers to the day team. You’ll also support residents with any queries, maintain clear records, and help keep the environment clean and safe. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring our buildings are safe by monitoring, completing welfare checks and responding affectively and appropriately to emergencies
• Maintaining professionalism and kindness with visitors, attending to calls, managing deliveries and ensuring great communication with the team
• Providing clear morning handovers with key updates on residents, AINMs, incidents, or safeguarding concerns
• Remain alert and monitor CCTV throughout the shift
• Working with the wider team to make sure any urgent issues are picked up and followed through
• Adapting to service needs to support risk assessments, safeguarding checks, and service standards
• Supporting residents to build confidence and independence, contributing to a psychologically informed space where everyone is treated with respect and dignity
• Noticing when someone might be struggling with their physical or mental health, and taking prompt action to prevent escalation
• Helping to keep the environment clean and welcoming from tidying communal spaces to reporting repairs and completing admin tasks accurately and sensitively

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of compassion, routine, and safety especially at night and who’s ready to make a difference in a calm, consistent way. Whether you’ve worked in supported housing before or bring transferable skills from another role, what matters most is if you’re dependable, care about people, and want to make a difference during quieter hours. Furthermore we look for:

Mental Health Service Manager Central Bristol

£48,000 per annum (rising to £49,440 from 1st April 2026) + excellent benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Milestones Trust Mental Health Division as a Service Manager, overseeing the management of a cluster of four established services in central Bristol.

Cranbrook Road, Northumberland Road and Coronation Road are registered residential homes in Redland and Southville while Linden Rd is a supported living project in Westbury Park. Three of the four services are within ten minutes’ walk of each other.  There are a total of 16 registered and 4 unregistered beds across the cluster and the Service Manager has the support of 2 full-time Service Coordinators to ensure the day-to-day delivery of the service is effective and efficient. The services provide individualized recovery services for people with complex mental health needs, with the aim of enabling people to graduate to step-down accommodation when they are ready.

As a Service Manager you will be accountable for the safe, cost-effective and personalised running of the services in line with Milestone Trust’s values and organisational priorities. You will lead your teams to meet all compliance requirements and consistently meet and exceed service KPIs as you develop and implement your vision for the services.

As the Service Manager you will:

• Have extensive knowledge of working with people who have complex and enduring mental health needs
• Have extensive experience of managing risk in a Social Care setting
• Have previous experience of leading and developing teams
• Be able to work alongside your team to coach individuals and provide a positive and professional role model to all staff
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, people we support and a range of stake holders, family and friends

First Steps ED is a specialist charity supporting people affected by eating disorders and disordered eating, and their families, across the UK. We provide early intervention, peer support, therapeutic services, and evidence-informed resources designed to improve access to help, reduce isolation, and promote recovery.

Digital communications are central to how First Steps ED reaches people in need, builds trust with service users, strengthens relationships with funders and partners, and amplifies our influence. Our website, social platforms, and email communications are often the first point of contact for individuals seeking help, and a key driver of fundraising, engagement, and organisational growth.

Role Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer will play a critical role in shaping and delivering this digital presence. You will be responsible for translating our values, services, and impact into compelling, accessible digital content that reaches diverse audiences, drives engagement, and supports income generation. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications and the Senior Communications Officer, the postholder will ensure that First Steps ED’s digital communications are ethical, inclusive, data-led, and aligned with our organisational priorities.

The post holder will be required to attend our Derby office at least two times per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on digital communications, performance, and audience engagement.
• Deliver an integrated communications that supports income generation, awareness, influence, and service delivery.
• Evaluation of First Steps ED’s digital presence across website, social media, email, and paid digital channels.
• Ensure digital communications are accessible, ethical, on-brand, and data-led, strengthening First Steps ED’s public profile and engagement with key audiences.
• Set social media frameworks, objectives, and performance indicators.
• Manage content calendars, paid campaigns, optimisation, and analytics across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Own email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), performance tracking, and optimisation.
• Produce regular newsletters, ensuring they are newsworthy, well-designed, and properly formatted.
• Own SEO strategy, Google campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Monitor and report on First Steps ED’s digital presence across website, social media, email, and paid digital channels.
• Work closely with other departments to align digital communication efforts with the charities goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in digital communications or digital marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector/ charity sector.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Journalism or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Skills:

· Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copy-editing and proofreading skills.

• • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing websites, social media channels, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using GA4 or similar tools to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
