We are seeking a passionate and motivated person to lead on a new participation project funded by NSPCC and led by Platfform exploring young people’s safety online. The project will run for 16 months across the whole of Wales, with the aim of gaining an insight into the views and experiences of young people who live in Wales in relation to online safety and understanding how nation-specific changes can support them and other young people to stay safer online as well as how these can join up with other nations to represent young people’s voices across the UK. The role of the Engagement Worker will be to lead on the planning and delivery of high-quality engagement and participation workshops, activities, events, and wellbeing sessions for children and young people across Wales. This role will be key to ensuring the ideas of children and young people are listened to and supported through a co-production process. This role will also involve setting up a young people’s advisory group and planning the project’s evaluation activity. The focus of the project is to amplify youth voice, taking young people on journey and helping transform their ideas into meaningful change. This work will suit someone who is motivated and energetic, passionate about young people’s strengths, co-production, innovation and has a genuine desire to bring about positive change for children and young people in Wales.
The role will involve extensive travel across Wales, so we are looking for someone who is excited about working with young people in all corners of the country and has the capacity to do so.
The ability to speak Welsh is not essential but highly desirable for this role, and there is an expectation that the successful candidate would be willing to learn at least some basic Welsh if they are not a fluent speaker. Platfform is committed to delivering this work bilingually.

We have over 200 volunteer and remunerated counsellors working with children, young people and adults across our three agency locations and in a large number of local schools.

Each year, Number 22 supports nearly 3000 clients, offering over 35,000 clinical hours of support. We have a training division where we provide CPCAB counsellor training and we offer clinical supervision free of charge to our counsellors and an extensive, subsidised CPD programme.

The role:
This role is for you if you are an accredited person centred / integrative counsellor with experience of safeguarding vulnerable clients. As Clinical Director, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic vision. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our work and helping shape the direction of the charity through building and nurturing trusted relationships with counsellors, partners and clients.
Our agency rooms are in Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough and we work in schools across the area.
The role is a 30 hour a week post with some flexibility around how those hours are worked. We are offering a £55,000 per year pro rata salary with generous annual leave with a permanent contract.

This is a great opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker wanting to gain exceptional experience within the mental health field, based on the solid working relationship with Specialist Community Mental Health Team (SCMHT). We have recently implemented training directly from SCMHT to support staff with understanding Mental Health diagnosis and Managing Crisis with our customers in-house.

We would like to recruit a new Team Lead for our Enfield IPS (SMI) Service who is passionate about delivering the best quality service to our clients.
Experience of team management is not essential, but you will need to be an experienced Employment Specialist or Senior Employment Specialist, with a performance (quality and outcomes) track record to enable you to demonstrate IPS principles and ways of working to your team. You will be leading a team of 5 employment specialists (4.5 FTE) and a peer employment support worker. You will be responsible for providing supervision, training including field mentoring, caseload management support as well working with clinical team leads, contract commissioners and health leads. You will be also responsible for monitoring team performance, data analysis and monthly reporting. You will work with the Operations Manager to improve team performance in terms of outcomes and quality. The Operations Manager will be responsible for quarterly reporting but will need your support with this task.
We understand that this is a busy role, but you will be supported by the Operations Manager and other Head Office roles to help you and your team succeed.
The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people into employment.

About the Role

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the charity and ensuring these are in line with objectives.

Working arrangements:
As a small charity, we are able to be flexible on hours to suit the successful applicant (12 per week), but also to meet the needs of the charity as required.
Remuneration:
The rate of pay will be £20ph for an initial 6-month contract. Part of the CEO’s role will be to help bring in income and raise funds for the charity. The CEO position and salary will therefore be reviewed at the end of 6 months by the Trustees, with a view to extending the contract/making the position permanent.

Viewpoint's Peer Coordinator will lead the development of Peer support and facilitation for the organisation. About the Role
Community Connectors work as part of an integrated, blended mental health offer to support people with emotional, social and practical needs to access a range of local, non-medical and non-clinical services, to improve confidence, social inclusion and independence.
This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with statutory, third sector and NHS colleagues to support clients who are suffering from moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues. The ability to be adaptable, work independently and the resilience to work in some challenging environments are key attributes for this role.
Service Delivery
- Assess suitability for community connection support as part of a blended team approach and support individuals to access the service by utilising in depth knowledge of local voluntary and community services and networks in your respective area

Share Psychotherapy is one of the city’s major mental health charities. Established over fifty years ago, we offer medium- to long-term therapy at nominal fees to people on low incomes. We deliver high quality services offering a range of psychodynamic and creative therapies and modalities. Around 80% of our clients have annual incomes of less than £12k, and we are therefore working at the vital intersection of psychological distress and poverty in the city.

The role
The Executive Manager is a new senior leadership role, leading on the organisations’ fundraising, partnership and service development and supporting the board in all aspects of organisational governance.

Service Development
