At The Talent Tap, we open doors to professional careers for young people in the places opportunity doesn't reach —through fully funded, in-person experiences and sustained support that stays with them. Our vision is a world where your postcode never limits your potential.
We support young people aged 17–24 who have the potential to succeed —and deserve the chance to prove it, because no one's career opportunities should be determined by where they grow up.
