Who we are

WONDER Foundation supports women and girls across the world with the knowledge, skills, opportunities and networks they need to exit poverty for good, and bring others with them.

We are working towards a world where each woman and girl recognises her significance and reaches her potential.
 

Our trusted, women-led local partners lead the work in their communities. Our model pairs quality education with one-to-one mentoring: training opens doors, and mentoring supports women walking through them.
 

Since 2012, we have worked with 37 partners in 25 countries to support over 185,000 women and girls. In 2025/26 alone we reached 20,000 women and girls across 17 countries.
 

Six pillars shape everything we fund: quality education, accompaniment and mentoring, investing in local women-led partners, empowering spaces, access to good work, and family engagement.
