About us
Who we are
Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund is a UK charity dedicated to supporting children and young people with cancer, and their families. We provide emotional, practical and financial support, educational resources and opportunities for respite, helping families navigate the challenges of a childhood cancer diagnosis. We’re a friendly, passionate and growing team who care deeply about making a difference. We believe in putting families first, supporting one another and creating a positive, inclusive working environment where people feel valued and can make a real impact.
Our culture and values
At Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, we believe no family should face childhood cancer alone. Our mission is to support the whole family from diagnosis through treatment and beyond, providing tailored emotional, financial and practical support. Our values are at the heart of everything we do: we are friendly and welcoming, compassionate and caring, trusted and experienced, responsive and accessible, focused on making a positive difference, and diverse and inclusive. We are passionate about putting families first, supporting one another as a team and continually finding new ways to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families affected by childhood cancer.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We are committed to creating a fair, inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is treated with dignity, kindness and respect. We believe in equal opportunities and oppose all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment. We aim to ensure that recruitment, employment decisions and opportunities for development are based on individual skills, experience and suitability, regardless of background or personal circumstances. We value the different perspectives and experiences that each person brings to our team and strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported and able to be themselves.
