Who we are

New Era North West is a community-based organisation dedicated to helping people and communities thrive across Burnley and East Lancashire. Through emotional health and wellbeing support, family services, employment, education and skills programmes, accredited training, community activities, and childcare, we create opportunities for people to build confidence, improve their wellbeing, and achieve their goals. We are passionate about combating poverty, improving mental health and wellbeing, and reducing barriers that prevent people from reaching their full potential. As a neurodiversity-friendly organisation, we celebrate individual differences and strive to ensure our services, workplaces, and communities are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to all. Through our supportive and person-centred approach, we help individuals and families overcome challenges, reduce isolation, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change in their lives.
