About us
Who we are
The Bridge Group is an independent research charity promoting socio-economic inclusion through evidence, insight and collaboration.
We work with organisations across sectors, asking the right questions, uncovering what works, and turning data-led insights into meaningful change.
Our vision is an education system and a labour market where background is no barrier – and everyone, wherever they started in life, has the chance to realise their potential.
Our culture and values
The Bridge Group's core focus on socio-economic diversity though iterative, practical change means the work you do will be transformative, but also grounded in the evidence of what actually works within the context of the education and corporate sector.
We are a small team, and an open-minded, supportive and collegiate place to work. We offer our staff flexible working practices, and the whole team are home-based, with on-line team meetings held weekly and in-person meetings held around 2 - 3 times per year.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
The Bridge Group is a diverse team and has a comprehensive ED&I policy that aims to ensure equality of opportunity and inclusive working practices for all staff, regardless of gender, ethnicity, socio-economic background, physical ability, religion, sexuality or any other attribute that might present a potential barrier to acceptance, integration or progression in the workplace.
If you wish to apply for a job with us and have any special requirements you'd like to note for your interview or potential employment, please include a note in your application. We are always happy to make reasonable adjustments to support our applicants and staff.
