About us

Who we are

Triple Skillz Charity is a Leicestershire-based organisation supporting young people who are at real risk of entering the criminal justice system. Through our Aspire mentoring programme, and activities including sport, music, and drama, we work with young people to build confidence, develop skills, and open up new possibilities — helping them move towards education, employment, and away from crime and criminal associations.
We are a small, dedicated team working with limited resources and no statutory funding. Every volunteer, donor, and supporter makes a direct difference to the young people we work with.

Our culture and values

We believe every young person deserves the chance to turn their life around, regardless of where they started. We work with honesty, compassion, and consistency — and we ask the same of everyone who volunteers or works with us. We are a welcoming, supportive organisation and we take the safety and wellbeing of our young people seriously in everything we do.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

Triple Skillz Charity is committed to ensuring that all young people, volunteers, and staff are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or background. We actively welcome volunteers from all walks of life — lived experience is one of the most valuable things a mentor can bring. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and able to contribute.
