Reporting To: Director of Psychological Therapies and Wellbeing Services
Responsible for: Senior Network Coordinator, Network Coordinator, Single Point of Entry Manager, Community Connectors
Key Liaisons: Wellbeing Network Partner Provider Leads, Data and Evaluation Manager, Psychological Therapies Clinical Services Manager; Community Connectors (ELFT) and Neighbourhood teams, Peers, Implementation Manager
Location: Located at both Mind CHWF Head Office, 8-10 Tudor Road, Hackney and Recovery Hub, 15A Homerton Row

We are seeking a Wellbeing Network Partnerships manager who aligns with the values and work of Mind in the City Hackney and Waltham Forest. Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest has a long-standing and well-established engagement with local and diverse communities and is committed to offer support and respect to anyone facing a mental health problem. We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and consistent manager who is excellent at developing relationships to strengthen services.

Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest is the Lead Partner in the City and Hackney Wellbeing Network service: an innovative network model delivering outcomes-based mental health support services in Hackney and the City of London. The Wellbeing Network Manager will lead the relationships with the providers in the service, take primary responsibility for Mind CHWF’s service delivery for people within the Wellbeing Network and peer support services. In partnership with the Single Point of Entry Manager the Recovery Services Manager will also ensure the smooth operation of the Network’s intake and flow function, support project management for service quality improvement.
