Job description

Take Back the Power is a radical, youth-led initiative focussed on effecting change for, with and alongside young people. It is currently working to tackle the causes and consequences of violence against young people.

We are looking for 2 experienced youth workers (1 maternity cover) to support, connect and champion our paid Youth Organisers, who are commited to ensuring young people’s experiences, engagement, insights and ambitions are held front and centre in advancing solutions to the systems that all too often fail young people.

This a career-defining opportunity to work alongside a brilliant group of young people to effect systemic change through social action.

You'll help build an alliance of skilled young change makers and youth-led initiaitives to deliver Take Back the Power's 10-point Call to Action. You'll also be invested in creating the structures, mechanisms and capacities that enable young people to co-design and co-deliver future programmes, and which shape and influence all we do at the Winch.
