Who we are

We are a free, independent and impartial generalist advice service, also offering specialist support around Debta nd benefits appeals. We are developing a number of outreach and community projects currently and have doubled our turnover, volunteer numbers, and clients supported, in the last four years.

Our culture and values

We are a client centred advice service that believs in using a combination of paid roles and volunteer based services to get good quality advice and information, to those who need it across Bromsgrove and redditch. We believe in strong and generous partnership working, and nuture a working environment that is both proffesional in terms of results but also great fun to work in. For the last three years our anonymous survey of staff and volunteers found 100% strongly agreed that they would agree or strongly agree with the statement that they "would recommend others to work here"
